A piece on the inside of our blinds broke and I had a difficult time finding a replacement part. Using ChatGPT to try to find an alternative piece, it directed me to Lisa's Louvers of NWA. Lisa was very polite and not only fixed our blinds immediately, but provided me with some valance clips to replace the old ones and patiently answered all my questions about anything I saw in their showroom. Lisa's Louvers of NWA is the reason why we have to take care of small business and spend our money locally!!

I went in today to look for a special valence clip for a home we recently purchased and the gal in there was knowledgeable, friendly and had exactly what I needed. I really appreciated the conversation and we'll certainly be back for all our future needs.

This was my first time to use Lisa Louvers of NWA and I couldn’t be more pleased with service, quality and pricing. Such a fantastic experience and their install crew brought the journey full-circle. They were so kind and exceeded expectations when it came to professionalism and speed. As a reference, we ordered motorized roller shades (10), indoor plantation shudders (7) , and a Roman shade in bathroom.
