They were extremely helpful very knowledgeable. I went in expecting to have to make and appointment to get my car worked and instead they repaired it right then as I waited. I was very pleased with their work performance and attitude. Everyone was quite polite and friendly. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Thanks again.

Before I state my negative review let me say that the 2 guys I worked with were extremely professional and polite. Now, I dropped my truck off on Friday Dec. 22. I had went to the wrong dealership the week before but Brandon rescheduled me for the following week. I show up and Brandon actually didn't schedule me for the following week or at all. So they squeezed me in and I was very grateful for that, especially being the weekend before Christmas. I have 2 daughters and family to go see so this really helped. I explained how shaky and unstable the front driver side wheel was on my 2021 Ram 1500 with 50k miles on it. They didn't even call me back until right before closing saying, "sorry, no diagnosis tonight. It'll get done first thing in the morning." This struck me as odd because he told me they don't have a technician on Saturdays, only the oil change guy is there. Then the next morning they call me and tell me it's good to go and the only thing wrong with it was a tire thread issue. They tightened something up because it drove pretty decent until about an hour later and the shaking was worse than before. They didn't check anything. They lied to me and even worse we're stuck for Christmas and even worse if my truck would have lost a wheel or something on the highway it could have seriously injured or even killed one or all of us. I personally don't care if it was the weekend before Christmas. You're open and should be doing your job not having Christmas parties and skirting your responsibilities. I've never been so mad in my life and as nice as they were I still don't think they considered how bad this could have ended.

Go someplace else. Bad service and lack of follow up by the service department.Details: Left my vehicle for a full day on Nov 1st to diagnose and repare a roof leakage - this is the second time I bring my vehicle in due to the same problem. Two issues: 1) The truck was returned with the liner and clips from the inside of the cabin undone. 2) Asked for an explanation and next steps to correct the problem. I was told the person who worked on the truck left for the day and they would follow up.It is been a week and so far no comment or follow up communication from the dealership. ‘Managing’ via radio silence hoping the customer goes someplace else is not a good business practice. Very disappointed. Do not recommend.

Every time we have to take our Fiat to get serviced or repaired, this is our 4th time, it's a relief to know that we can take it to the dealership and get great service. Every step of the process, from making a reservation for service, to meeting with the representatives at the service desk, to the promptness and quality of work and repairs, we are well taken care of. Toby is the service manager and he always makes sure we are well taken care of, going out of his way to keep us informed of the status of repairs... And keeping our costs down if he can. The other reps are just as friendly and courteous, I just don't know all their names. We will continue to be return customers!

I just put a 4 & 1/2in skyjacker lift on my 2022 gladiator overland and had McLarty Daniel CDJRF put my wheels, tires, tpms sensors in and do the alignment. I also had a traction control light on which they solved with no problems. I have all my service done there, and they have one of the best service teams in NWA!!! Thank you and Great job!!!

Alex was fantastic at communicating timeline of repair and if I had any questions he was very responsive! I will be returning in the future if I have any repairs needed on my Jeep.

Winston Street did an amazing job helping me find exactly what I needed, even though I wasn’t sure what that was. I recently moved to the area so I wasn’t sure where to start my search. Having a Jeep currently I decided to start at a Jeep store. When I arrived I was greeted by Winston and he invited me in to discuss what I wanted to accomplish. All I knew was I needed better fuel economy, but wanted something fun to drive. We looked at one option and once I gave my feedback on that vehicle, he adjusted and pointed me to a Lincoln MKX Hybrid and I fell in Love!! I am so thankful he took the time to listen to me, adjust when I didn’t like the first option but then paired me with something that was perfect after that!I highly recommend if you need a vehicle, and want a fun and quick experience, find Winston Street!!

So I had a lady hit my truck and after talking to the insurance company they highly recommended using this body shop. So after getting my estimate I dropped off the truck for repairs. After a week the guy name Scott called and gave me a update on how the truck was doing. They had the truck for 15 days and got a call to tell me it was ready to be picked up. I couldn't believe the difference when I picked it up. Remind you the truck came in looking dirty. Well they did a complete detail inside and out. I couldn't believe how nice it turned out. If your looking for that body shop that does the extra little things I highly recommend this body shop. Plus there work is lifetime warranty

My service advisor was Robert Read and he is an absolute nasty nightmare of a person. I met him through FaceBook on NWA JEEPS page.CLIFFORD THE SERVICE MANAGER IS A TOTAL J*** AND IS DISRESPECTFUL. IF YOU RESPECT YOURSELF; AVOID DEALING WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS. THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR JEEP I HAVE NOW READ 15 REVIEWS FROM PEOPLE ON NWA JEEP ON FACEBOOK!I have text messages saved from Robert Read. I saved them because he became very threatening and left me harassment voicemail.I still have his text messages saved in case this loose cannon of a person ever comes at me. He called me over and overWent in for a simple alignment and left (after 3 different visits) with damage to my brand new drag link, tie rod and steering stabilzer. The alignment still wasn't correct after this dealer put me through hell.Visit 1 - Brought Jeep in for alignment and was told that the drag link and tie rod weren't installed correctly and they couldn't align the Jeep without "fixing" the drag link and tie rod problem.They charged me $350 to "fix" the drag link and tie rod problem, with no hourly rate given. Even when I asked for a print out of the work done and the breakdown of the bill I wasn't provided one. They didnt fix anything. I picked my Jeep up and it was driving really bad. Checked and saw that the drag link pinch bolt was missing. Brought it back to fix the problem.Visit 2 - Jeep still wasn't driving well but I was just told "it's a Jeep thing" implying that the way it was driving was OK. Wrong. I also brought up that the grease zerk was broken and that all the fittings were there when it left.Visit 3 - The drag link pinch bolt was torqued on way past spec and brought it back in for them to loosen the bolt they put on. This is where my damage to my drag link and steering stabilizer happened. I don't know how or why but Robert loosened the bolt and said said the crush washer just needed to be replaced from them torqueing the bolt too tightly.When I went to replace the crush washer I saw the damage on the drag link, tie rod and steering stabilizer. The steering stablizer had been scratched down to the metal and the drag link and tie rod both have some spots of exposed metal.Robert told me I should just spray paint it and that he did me a favor by breaking the nut loose, the nut and bolt they tightened way too tight to begin with.Last time I checked doing someone a favor doesn't involve you personally causing damage to parts on the Jeep. In fact there was no good reason besides ill intent I.E. did so on purpose.Robert never denied he caused the damage and I can't believe someone at a dealership would suggest I spray paint a brand new part. Who are these people?Pictures attached are showing the broken grease zerk on the drag link, the damage to the steering stablizer, tie rod, drag link and a picture of the crush washer that was destroyed by their lack of knowledge on torque specs.Run far away from this flyby service dealership.

Horrible customer service. Cannot get a real person on the phone, even when they have your vehicle in their service dept.Tried to speak with someone to make sure they had the part in stock before putting the truck into their shop but couldn't ever get anyone and messages were never returned so I gave up and made an appointment online.I put my truck in to have the driver's side mirror replaced after a mirror collision and I never heard from them after the initial quote. After not hearing anything for 6 days, I texted for a status update and was told it might me another 2 weeks!Don't they think I might want to know that they're going to just let my vehicle sit on their lot for 3 weeks?Picked up the truck and contacted Lewis Dodge in Fayetteville. Chris, in the parts department answered immediately, looked up the mirror and ordered it so that when I brought the truck in, it could be fixed the same day.

Great experience! I was looking at 2 dealerships & while I couldn’t get straight answers from the other dealership (they never called me back the last time,) Keaton at McLarty Daniel answered all of my questions promptly, followed up with me and was very straight forward which is what I wanted. When I ask for delivery an hour & 1/2 away he didn’t hesitate. The entire process was quick and smooth without hassle.

Upon arrival at the MD Bentonville Dealership we immediately fell in love with the 2023 Wagoneer, as it checked all the boxes for our growing family. As we were eager to learn more, Daniel Holtzman from the MD Sales team was more than happy (and patient) to answer all our question which at times were very product specific. Through his expertise and honesty he helped guide us through our decision process until we arrive at the MY and Trim Level we wanted and best for our needs we just needed to track it down :)Two days later we found the perfect vehicle at the MD of Springdale (‘23 Wagoneer Series II) and though it was not at Daniel’s home dealership of Bentonville AND his day off, he took the time to meet with us to check the vehicle out and take it for a test drive. Only two hours later we were driving home in our new vehicle. Thank you Daniel and thank you to both the MD Bentonville and Springdale dealerships for being so accommodating. We will be a returning customer.

This was probably the worst experience that I have had with a car repair that I can remember. I made an appointment to have my vehicle looked at. In particular, my a/c wasn't cooling properly. I also had a radiator flush, tire sensor replacement and oil change scheduled.To my surprise, my a/c wasn't even checked and the tire sensor wasn't replaced. I noticed on the ticket that it said that I had declined a tire sensor replacement. This was a complete lie. They never mentioned anything to me about this.Most importantly, they didn't even check my a/c at all. The service person said that he was never told anything about this, which is false. He even double checked with me about the services that I requested. I was so upset. I am out $500 and my a/c still isn't working. What a complete rip off.I went to these guys because I thought they would provide the best service for my older vehicle. I was completely wrong. Now they want another $250 just to test and see if they can find what the problem is with the a/c. GTFOH!To top it all off, I had to go back to the service center because they left another customer's car keys in my vehicle. WHAT? I don't know what the deal is with this place, but I was never made to feel welcome in this establishment. The workers seemed disinterested in helping me. I can't speak for anyone else, but my experience was definitely a -5.

Great customer service the initial tech that started the process was great. I can’t remember his name, but he kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. He had to leave due to a medical apt. Alex helped with cheesecloth out and was able to get me checked out using my ram points. Definitely coming back and highly recommend the service I received.

I would like to thank Cruz for his time and patience with me and my daughter while I was taking in my car. It was a last min decision for me to get a new vehicle and knew what I wanted (for the most part). Cruz did a great job setting me up with a Jeep. I feel like the financial team did great getting me approved as well. Thank you guys! I hope this Jeep brings me many years of enjoyment.
