This Meeks has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I have been trying to get a front door ordered for a year. I have been told over and over again that it had been ordered and I would be called when it was ready. I have never once had a phone call returned or an email returned from the salesman Randy. I have never gotten an update on when the product will be delivered. I have never even gotten confirmation that the right product was ordered despite calling and going to the store on multiple occasions. I am now giving up on ever getting this done and going to a different store to get my front door replaced.

Went inside for assistance, only one guy in the front counter, his reaction for what I asked was “I don’t have time” to help you figuring how much material you need, I have customer waiting! Only one person behind me. A did notice the reaction to the other person was more friendly. For someone who has been working for Meeks for over 20 yrs. should show the same attitude to all customers. Customer service is key no matter how big or small the sale might be but to make the customers feel good going and asking for help.

I stopped by Meek in Springdale, needed assistances with a gas fitting went to the customers service desk, there were 3 clerks behind the counter, I was not greeted by any of the clerks 2 were busy on the phone or on the computer. The 3rd clerk was busy with what at first I thought was a customer, as I waited for someone to assist me, I realized that the clerk and his friend were shooting the breeze for 5-10 minutes. The individual on the phone finally ask if I needed assistance, it took all of 2 minutes to tell me that they did not carry gas fittings. I won't be a customer at Meeks due to the treatment that I received from that only visited I have made to the store.

After looking at carpet for our home for nearly a year I stopped by Meek’s in Springdale after seeing a sign for flooring.I spoke with Chris and Steve, to find out what carpet would fit ours needs best. Both were extremely pleasant and helpful .I was able to find exactly what I wanted. I was also able to purchase a higher quality carpet and pad below our budgeted price. This took less than an hour.The carpet arrived earlier than was expected!The installers were wonderful as well!I’m am absolutely thrilled with the carpet and with the service we received.I will be purchasing all of our needs for our home in the future from this store!It was an awesome experience! I highly recommend this store!

i dont know if they only want to sell to people with business accounts or something but it seems anytime i need something they always give me the “we dont sell that” speech or “its not available right now” i know how sleazy some material companies can be and like reserving items for their biggest customers. if thats what you want to do then fine but close for the public and stop pretending you care to sell to us

Qiuck to cancel you if you can't pay, but refuses to pay employees on time. Pat fultz should be fired everything she does takes 6 weeks to do. Rude workers rude everything. I'll be personally speaking to all my friends and family in the construction world to not use meeks sub par lumber and services.

Two weeks ago today I went to the showroom. I meandered through the windows and doors, walking past two men at their desks and not one spoke to me. As I was leaving, both flooring sales people stopped to ask if I had found what I needed. They redirected me back to the windows and doors area where I met both men I had previously been ignored by and a woman named Jamie. After explaining what I needed, I was told I needed an appointment which worked great because I wanted my spouse to be there for the decision making. A few days later I set the appointment with Jamie. When we arrived at the designated time, she showed us our options. We were having trouble deciding and she assured us she would make quotes for both configurations and have them back to us two days later.Fast forward... it has been two weeks. I have called, texted, visited in person, and emailed. I am begging this woman at this point to take my business. Its three double doors and quad door. We are expecting to pay about 20K and she could obviously care less about working with us. Such a dissapointment because I was excited about ordering a brand that was not pella or Anderson.

I ordered a custom door here. And- it looks fantastic. But they never called me when it came in. So. Mixed feelings. The staff were friendly and helpful. But never calling me when my order was there kind of soured an otherwise positive experience.

We just had a very discouraging experience at Meeks design center in Springdale. We had been told that they carried a certain window that we’d decided to replace 23 of our current ones with. We arrived at 4:30, just 30 minutes before they closed. We had gone to the Meeks in Rogers, but they told us the design center in Springdale would be the one to help us. We knew it was late, but we thought we’d just tell them what we were looking for and get someone e to come out and measure. When we entered, they sent us to the back where three salespeople were sitting behind their desks. The woman in the middle started to get up to help us, but a middle-aged man to the right said he was caught up and would help us. He did not give us his name. I told him what we were looking for, and as I was talking, he took a call on his cell phone. He didn’t address us, but we assumed we should follow him, so my husband and I trailed along behind him. When he finished his call, he pointed to some windows and told us that was what I had asked about. I immediately told him that was what we were wanting, and he looked at his watch, and told us we would need a plan. I told him we didn’t have one. He continued to tell me he couldn’t help me without a plan. I finally figured out that he thought it was a new build. I said we were replacing windows. He said we’d still need a plan. I asked if we would need it from our POA, and he said from someone. By this time, I was getting really irritated. I’m sure he could tell. He said we have no way of knowing what you need for code or size, etc. I said, we’ve talked to a guy about code, but we need 23, two of them tempered, but we thought he might have someone who could install. He bluntly told us they don’t do that. I said, do you have anyone who comes out snd measures to give us an idea of price. He said they sometimes did that, but they were very backed up. I asked how long. He said a week or two. He made it quite clear he was just trying to get us out of the store. I said, “let’s go” to my husband, and we left. He was not welcoming or even pleasant. In fact, he was condescending, and I felt like he thought we were stupid. Very unhelpful. We left, went to Home Depot where a very helpful man showed us what we asked about, got on a computer and drew up possible prices for the information we had. He then submitted a request for someone to come to our house and measure. He’s coming Wednesday.Maybe a $20,000 sale means nothing to Meeks in this hot market, but there may come a time when it will. I will remember how we were treated.Alejandro Cifuentes

Went in about 3 weeks ago, stood at building supply desk about 15 minutes and no one ever approached and offered to help me, although several employees apparently saw me. Left and went across the street. Just now I phoned to place an order, no one ever answered at lumber desk. Is Meeks just giving up?

They installed carpet in our home - quick scheduling, easy communication, and the men who came out to do the work were quick, clean, and professional as well as friendly. Highly recommend!
