We have a new phone and went there to have a customer service desk transfer our data from old phone to the new phone. It was okay. I need to use the restroom and he/she said " no public restroom ". We have a new phone case and asked if he/she can put it on for us. He/she said "only if you tip me than I will do it for you"We spent about $80 at the store.BTW, we have been using metro pcs for some time now.

This was by far the worst phone store experience of my life. Other stores / employees might be better but the one who we dealt with did not know what he was doing at all and had to call his boss in just to help at one point. We spent a total of 6-7 hours in this store trying to 1) create a new account with metro and 2) add a second line to the plan.He didn’t know how to add my phone line to the new plan and told us about a promotion to get a new phone which we could add to the plan since it was new, so we said yes because he said it was easier. The phone we wanted wasn’t in stock so he told us to come back in 2 days. We come back only to be told that we don’t qualify for the promotion because we need to have an account with them for 1 month, so why did he make us go through all of that if that was the case? We spent hours by that point just setting up the plan. I need my phone line now, not in 1 month. Go to a different store.

Never realized this Metro was here until I was in that plaza. The one time I want to be in there to try to cancel services off my plan. I was told oh you have to call the customer service line. Okay great. Then what's the whole point of having employees at the counter if they can't even help you cancel services off your plan? As busy as it was while I was in there, which by all means it wasn't. It must've been extremely hard to assist me. I wish I had the same patience as that person to stand around and tell the next person hey we can't help you.

Good place to get a phone and phone service..I have been with them for over 5 years and they have good plans and services.Good reception wherever you go.Nice ,polite , knowledgeable employees that are super fast.Thank you Metro!!

Wow I have had the most wonderful service at the store in Springdale Arkansas on old Missouri Rd. Mrs. Letty is the kindest and devoted customer service person I've run into in a very long time. Thank you Letty for bringing back the hope of outstanding customer service.

Totally satisifed in every way at the store on old Missioui rd. Jennifer not only was so friendly and helpful but went above and beyond to get me the perfect phone and plan for me and my boyfriend!! I would suggest this store to everyone!

I was told by dulce and the manager David that I would be getting a “free first month of insurance†on all my phones when we first actives them turns out we actually paid 12$ per phone. I felt like it was a little off from what the other girls had told us at another location but we were in such a rush I didn't realize these people scammed us for 50$ extra then what we were quoted for. And the manager when we called said that payments are irreversible, When this is fraud

Metro PC's has been nothing but a nightmare since getting first using the company 3 years ago.. have has nothing but problems with metro, all they care to do is get you on the hook is it they do not take care of their already existing customers.. most recently purchased a phone at this location, on may 17, 2019 went into the store because I was having issues with the new phone and was told I would get a warranty replacement and it would be in on may 20-22 it is now July 25, 2019, 2 months later and still no phone, when I try to call I am told the person I need to speak with is not there or at another location and the most recent calls have just not been answered.. and customer service is of no help either I called earlier in the week and filed a complaint and when I called again today the complaint I had made earlier in the week didn't exist and we're not records of me even calling!! Metro pcs has got to have some of the worst business practices I have ever seen in my life.

Very professional service. I went in there with expectation that they would be like every other service providers. Little did I know, that they were ready and eager to help, very energetic, very friendly and their knowledge about their own services and products were beyond my expectations. They really know how to treat customers well. I left that place very happy. I would very reccomend Metropcs to anyone especially these 2 individuals Mr. Enrique and Ms. Laura. Go see them everyone, they are very good and you won't be disappointed.
