Scammers!!! Went in to pay my bill. They didn't want to take my payment cause I wouldn't let them in my account. Don't let them in your account if you're just paying bills!!! They will wait till you leave and then call customer service to change your plan and add tablets that they stay with and you end up paying your bill. They will block 611 from your phone if they get their hands on it so you don't find out they added stuff to your account.

This place was run so poorly by the employees. They left one of the new people all by themselves when I came in to pay my bill which was done improperly. My service was shut off because of heir mistake. Then told me there was nothing they could do because I had paid cash and was never sent a receipt via text message like they normally do. I do not blame the new person, but the poor management and training. They took my money and gave me an “oh well, there’s nothing we can do” horrible service

Buyer beware! I did an upgrade and was not told the phone could not be returned since it is an upgrade, I was told I couldn't get another upgrade for 6 months. Tried to get a refund 7 days later which does fall into the 14 day window of returns and was told no returns. Don't buy the Moto G Power! The battery does not hold a charge, the "touch" screen will not work unless you apply lots of pressure AND I'm stuck with the phone! I've been with MetroPcs for over 15 yrs but there are no benefits for loyal customers, I work for a competitor and still stayed but now I'm shopping around.
