Showed up in 15 minutes and got me out of a major traffic hazard! My driver was professional and very helpful. Only place I’ll ever use if needed again.

Had a guy name tanner tow me, as someone who has never had their vehicle towed and was quite nervous; he was a Saint. He explained everything perfectly and was extremely nice, thank you tanner!

I am writing this so that everyone can be aware and cautious when using this company. If you use this company for anything PLEASE ASK FOR A RECEIPT ON THE SPOT. I had my car towed and the driver said it was $356. He didn’t have change so we handed the driver $360 and told him to keep it. I called them to ask for the receipt and it says 297.72. I told them that there had been a mistake and that the amount was 356$. NWA TOWING could have given my money or given me a receipt for the 356$. Instead They told me they couldn’t fix it because it was my word against their drivers.

OMG, this location was such a hilarious unprofessional power trip for these people to Bully people coming to get their vehicle back after it's been towed by them. These people told me so many untrue statements that were so far fetched.
These hoops they wanted me to jump through, didn't even exist for the DMV, THEY MAKE UP THEIR OWN RULES!
SO it took me doing homework calling the DMV, their sister lot, little rock God of all dmv's in Arkansas, I went so far as calling North Carolina!
Oh oh they put me through the wringer for a minute. Even calling the Towing Board of Directors!! Yes really! What
I really didn't understand was,as I left their office the first time..... Everyone that worked there...From lot rats, truck junkies, ran to the windows to open the shades.... Like raising the American Flag. That's how monumental it was!! Breaking necks to look into my car I drove there.
My daughter came with me to drive my other car home. No one else, Hell I caught myself looking in my car as they were.
Now on the Flip side of this runaway tow can't get my car out cause I don't have a notorized copy of the receipt the wrote out for me the night I bought the car. Yea you read that right ..
A NOTORIZED RECIEPT
W.T.F. THE DMV DOESNT REQUIRE THAT ND WHEN I CALLED THEM,,,,, TO AQUIRE ABOUT THAT. THEY POLITELY TOLD ME, I DIDNT NEED THAT
THAT'S NOT A REQUIREMENT. SO GO FIGURE!
NOW ON THAT FLIP SIDE THERE WAS AN AMAZING EMPLOY OF THIS PLACE, WHOSE NAME IS BOBBY AND WORKS AT THE SISTER LOCATION IN FAYETTEVILLE AR.
MADE LIFE SO MUCH NICER TODAY.
YOU TALK ABOUT POLITE, PROFFESSIONAL, SO INFORMATIONAL AND LITTERALLY WANTED TO HELP ME GET MY CAR BACK. THE TWO BUSINESSES ARE SO DIFFERENT AS NITE INTO DAY. THE WAY SHE CONDUCTED BUSINESS WAS SENSATIONAL! SHE IS AN ASSET TO THAT COMPANY! ND I AM Forever GRATEFUL!!!
TO SAY THE LEAST.
SHE CALLED THE OWNER ND THE BOARD BECAUSE WHAT SHE WAS HEARING ME SAY, SHE KNEW WAS NOT RIGHT.
YOU PEOPLE SHOULD BE ASHAMED!
NOT TO MENTION MY WINDOW HAD BEEN ROLLED DOWN ND THEY OBVIOUSLY SHUT THE ND LOCKED IT. THEY DID NOT HAVE THE KEYS, I DID..
THEY FELT BAD ND PUT BLUE PLASTIC ON THE WINDOW GAP TO KEEP RAIN OUT! MY CAR HAD BEEN TOSSED, MY TOOL BOX WAS UNTIED FROM THE SECURE PLACEMENT IT WAS ND MY TOOLS WERE EVERYWHERE IN THE TRUNK. SOMEONE ATE ND LEFT 3 SLICES OF PIZZA ON MY LEATHER SEATS PASSENGER SIDE.. PAPER WORK SCATTERED EVERYWHERE, THE ASHES OF MY DECEASED PRECIOUS DOG THAT WERE IN A PLASTIC BAG ND WOODEN URN BOX WAS TURNED UPSIDE DOWN NOT IN THE Place SHE WAS RESTING. COME ON!
MY RIDE OR DIE AN
APPLEHEAD CHIHUAHUA. 11 MONTHS WHEN SHE PASSED FROM TUMORS ON HER BRAIN. SWEATEST LITTLE THING
TOSSED AROUND!
NO WORDS FROM MY MOUTH CAN EXSPRESS THE INDEASENCY OF THIS EXSPERIENCE. NONE

It’s always concerning when the insurance adjuster warns you that the tow company is hard to deal with.
Our company vehicle was involved in an accident. The insurance adjuster told me I’d have to sign a release with NWA Towing. I called them and was told I had to come in person. It’s 45 minutes away so I asked that they email me the release and I’d email them my I’d and the title to prove ownership. I was repeatedly told because I live in state I have to come and personally sign the paper. “If you were states and states away I could do that but it’s company policy. I know that you are who you say you are because insurance called us earlier but unless you come in we can’t be sure. It’s just company policy.” Then she asked me to hold, the owner came on the line and said it’s company policy because I will have to clean out the vehicle. I was told to bring the title, registration (or get it from the vehicle when I clean it out) and sign the paper.
We rearranged our whole day to drive there and do this. My husband walked in showed his id, showed the copy of the title that I’d offered to email and signed the release that they couldn’t email and left. Didn’t even see the truck. Just wasted an hour of our day and was able to charge another day to the insurance company.
It’ll be our company policy to never use NWA Towing again. The whole thing was asinine.

Excellent service from the tow truck operators but the lady who answers the phone is somewhat arrogant, she got upset because I asked if they spoke Spanish

These guys are the best. Just moved to the area and needed my tool box out of a u haul, these guys quoted me the best price and had the best customer service in the area. The guy they sent out was on the ball and super personable. He also talked very highly about the whole company. Good to know who to call when you need it the most.

Bobbie and Greg went above and beyond for our company when our truck was out of state and stranded. Great customer service, communication and fair pricing. Will be using them for any towing needs of our company going forward!

Rosalie and Mike were awesome. We were getting ready to get gas after we washed our car so our Grandson could take it to Homecoming. We tried to start the car and the battery was dead. we called NWA and Rosalie answered the call. We explained that we needed the car towed to the dealer and we had little time to get it there in order to have it back in time for our Grandson to take the car. NWA said they could be there in 20 to 30 minutes. Mike showed up jump started the car saving us a tow. Mike offered to follow me to the dealership to make sure I made it. who does that.
They nailed the time and we made it to the dealership in time to get the battery installed. Our Grandson is out tonight enjoying time with his friends.

We recommend NWA Towing and will use the as our family choice. Great people giving amazing service.

Quick good cheap nice driver put my broken truck exactly where I wanted
Both major towing companies around here seem to be all good people
I’ve dealt with using a tow company when you’re not from the area and it can be a nightmare they definitely aren’t that type of company

My car broke down at the local Sonic, just as the 5 pm rush hour traffic was starting. Ugh. Terry was there within minutes. He took time to assess the situation (dead battery, corroded connector, loose cable?) and he clearly knew what he was doing. He did get my car to start but something was clearly not right and Terry advised that I go ahead and take it to my mechanic. By that time a friend had arrived to follow me to the mechanic, so Terry didn't end up towing my car. I guess what Terry ended up doing instead is called "roadside assistance." Or in my case, "Sonic-side assistance." Either way, Terry was professional, patient, courteous, and most of all, a genuinely good person. Thanks, NWA Towing and Recovery, for hiring someone like Terry! Highly recommend!
