Don't understand how Pinnacle does not have 5 stars. My boss was recently in Bentonville. I changed the reservation times, dates locations at least four times. They were understanding, drivers very communicative and overall GREAT customer service.

We used Pinnacle Bus Rental for a university trip from Fayetteville to Tulsa and they were great to work with. Our driver Aaron was awesome: friendly, accommodating and smooth driver even through windy conditions. Great Service. Thank You.

Bentonville West Choirs used Pinnacle for a trip when in the last minute, we needed transportation, and they were excellent from the initial stages through the final drop off. Their management was quick and kind, and the drivers were professional and personable. The charter buses were in pristine condition as well.
