My husband and I had to replace most of the front end suspension of our truck. We spent close to about $5000 and did the work at the shop he works at. Spent many hours on the job. Knew the truck then needed new tires and an alignment after replacing most of the suspension. Went where we have before with no issues, and we were known by name. Not this time, terrible attitude from the beginning. Needing to hurry and finish what we need to so we can get there in a timely manner, as I was told earlier that day. Get there, they quickly get the truck in the bay and immediately say they will not do the alignment because of the track bar. The one bar we hadn't replaced yet. They then refuse to do the tires and alignment that are already paid for and say we have to replace the track bar. Then, don't even check the rest of the suspension we hadn't replaced to see if anything is ok or not. The technician said a simple 10 minute steering wheel alignment would take him 5 hours to do because of this bar and then would be a waste of time on the new tires and alignment. We leave without the already paid for services and get told to buy another expensive part and now nervous about the services because we won't know if anything else is wrong and could keep us from getting our tires and the alignment done again. Trust has decreased at this point. We both feel like we would like new eyes on the job when we go back. I called and asked for the salesman so we could request not to use the same technician. This upset the salesman and he immediately referred to me as "Ma'am" instead of using my name like he had before. We talked about why I did not want this technician to touch our truck. Since I'm speaking on my husband's behalf as well, I automatically become 3rd party. Salesman then tells me that he disagrees with my opinion about his technician and that if my husband wanted to have a man to man conversation, he could call him. I am more than capable of speaking about MY truck.

I’ve been going to this same tire shop for the last two years with no real concern or problems. This was nothing less than them dropping the ball. Brought my car up for an oil change and tire rotation, whenever I left I was told it would take a couple hours. I then called after three hours and was told it would be another two hours, along with the guy telling me “it’s still in the same spot”. I understand things get busy but we’re talking about a three hour difference in expectation. Whenever I went back up to get my car because I had to go work the guy I spoke with was extremely condescending and a smart aleck. I’m simply writing this because I feel as though the whole situation could’ve been handled very differently. Thirty minutes to an hour is an understandable circumstance but three hours is just unprofessional.

Gabe and the crew at this Plaza tire are AMAZING. He got me a great set of tires and got me in the schedule in a way that worked for me. He went above and beyond and I'd recommend anyone looking to have any tire work done go here. (Just don't tell Gabe if you speed around because he's a bit of a mom about it)

Had a tire losing air they didn't find a hole they broke it down and brushed the rim and put a new valve stem on, and some bead sealer on the wheel and tire. Solved the problem and didn't charge me a dime. Great service.

Thanks to Todd and Mack. Caught a nasty puncture in my tire. These guys got me patched up quick and easy.When you pull up and every bay is busy, you know you're in a great shop. Give them time, it's worth the wait.

Great team at this location. The staff is professional and knowledgeable about tires and automotive issues. I take all of my personal and company vehicles to Plaza Tire because I trust their opinion and recommendations. Relationships still matter to me, so I take my car to people that value my business.

I've been a customer of Tire Plaza for a few years now and have always taken my car there for all my tire needs. Just today they repaired my tire as it was just about to go completely flat. Ran my car over there and they rolled it right in. Even did a break check for safety and really went above and beyond as they always do. Putting air in my tires for me when their low anytime I need it. I highly recommend simply for their customer service. I'll be back in 2 weeks for a new set of tires with the new line of credit Mack was able to approve me for. Thanx Tore Plaza!

Called to see if they had my tire size in stock. Mac listened to my needs and suggested many options. When they didn't have what I needed, they worked with another location to get tires for me the same day.Very courteous and respectful. Quick service. Thank you all!

Highly recommend this place. Awesome customer service from the entire staff. They were speedy workers and had me out of there less than one hour. I went in to have brakes pads put on and found out my brakes and rotors were both fine. They didn’t charge me anything to assess and fix my problem.

Got Quoted price and made appointment two days ahead. Were going to have tires transferred in. Arrive for service no tires. Had to wait 2 hours for someone to go get the tires. Asked for discount. Sure. Bill comes with no discount until asked about it. Bottom line after all that it cost me $5 more than I was originally quoted, with bad service. Very disorganized business. I recommend Discount Tire instead!

I went in to get an oil change and a tire rotation a few days ago. Tire rotation and oil change were both completed. The problem I had was oil was spilled all over the place under my vehicle. I parked my truck in my drive and 2 days later I went to go drive it. Needless to say I had excessive drops and puddles all over my driveway. The tech took zero time in ensuring that the spills were cleaned up or even attempted to wipe down before releasing the vehicle.
