Couldn't diganose why engine light was on. Took it back as requested so they could get their lead mechanic to diganose. Only to be told he didn't show up to work. I took it to another place and they quickly found out that the wiring in my car was damaged due to rodent chewing on the wire. If I had let it go with out anyone making any suggestions I could have been in trouble . Never will go back

Consistently excellent service. I cannot state enough, the peace of mind I have anytime I take one of our vehicles to Precision Tune. Whether it’s for a routine oil change, dashboard light, weird noise, or a large problem. Jake has always listened to my concerns, communicated with me very clearly, and investigates every option available for whatever solution is needed without any pressure or defaulting to the most profitable scenario. I feel safe and confident not only with myself and my cars but also my teenage son, and young adult daughter’s needs. I recommend Jake and PT to everyone I know.

I was having an issue with my vehicle throwing multiple codes, and I didn’t have the time to deal with it myself. I stopped to have them look at it and they got me right in and was able to locate and repair the issue.

New to the area and was looking for a new shop I could trust.
I've been going to precision tune shops for almost 25 years now and since they are franchised I've had shop ownership and management change on me a few times but have always had good experiences.
I was glad to find a precision tune out here too!
The Springdale location is 5 stars. The work is quality, prices are more than fair, and the techs give you honest recommendations on required work.
Jake and Stephanie ( hope I spelled that right) were friendly and welcoming as well as helpful with some local insight on the area.
Definitely found our new shop out here. I like to do a lot of my own maintenance but won't hesitate to take any of our vehicles here!

I had a great experience here. My alternator went out unexpectedly on a Friday late-afternoon, and I rolled in Precision with the car barely running. They took me in and fixed everything up same-day and saved me. Huge thanks to them.

Really great place. A very nice man who was very knowledgeable and very helpful kindly explained what was happening and how they were gonna fix my van. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who isn't very knowledgeable or just wants a nice experience with a auto shop. Very trustworthy. They didn't try and up sale me on anything. They even didn't charge me anything for fixing my ac when I told them after they already changed my spark plugs. All around great experience! ?

I have used Precision Tune in Springdale for over 15 years. I am a traveling therapist and always come back here. They have always been courteous and know me that when I come in --- they check everything and get it taken care of. Last car had over 300,000 miles on it and was still in good shape (body not ).I know that when I bring it in they will take care of it and I don't have to worry about anything on my car. That says a lot since I will be driving myself to next assignment and don't need my car to leave me stranded on the side of the road.Keep up the good work!!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
