Ron identified himself when he answered the phone (a rarity nowadays), asked me to email the photos and they would be ready within 25 minutes. He did question me about the quality of paper I wanted. I didn't need photo paper quality, but good paper stock. I arrived about 20 minutes later and the quality and service were Excellent! Very Pleased!”
