My husband and I just got home with the car of my dreams! A Lexus RX350! I had been searching for months for the perfect car and came across a listing that Quality Auto had just posted, literally 36 min. before. I quickly called and talked with "Sammy" and told him I was very interested and would be there in an hour. He said he would hold it for me, which he graciously did. I know, for sure, if I had not called him, it would have been already sold. I was greeted by Sammy, car keys in hand, and was told to drive it as long as we needed, which we did!The car was beautiful, but, more importantly, I felt that Sammy was honest and transparent when it came to the car, and, I know he could have gotten much more for it than he had it listed for. I know this because I had looked at hundreds of cars, and I knew what a good price this car was!I would not hesitate to call him for another car and will certainly share my good news with my friends!So if you want a luxury car, minus the luxury price, please call them!

Purchased a 2014 Audi for my son (who drives like an old man) 6 weeks later it has a cracked head, the interior of the tires are heavily gashed. It is a lemon. I took it to an Audi dealer and have $4600 of repairs that need to be made. My son has been driving this car and the tires are gashed in multiple points on the interior side (where they don’t show). I called the owner, Sammy and made him aware of the issue… I told him I think I needed an attorney unless he was willing to help me… he rudely stated that I should just go ahead and call an attorney. Oh I WILL. These tires alone are unsafe for him to be driving in. I paid you $14,600. Shame on you. What if this were your son?

I had been looking for a new to me car for months, when I finally found a 2112 Scion xb on cargurus. As I was checking it out I found it was @ Quality Auto Sales in Springdale, AR. When we were able to make the drive up to Springdale from Russellville, AR.. We found Sammy to be really friendly and honest, as we were looking @ the scion and a fiat. Sammy was up front the the fiat was spoken for but he felt that the scion would be a better fit for us since it was made with mostly Toyota parts which would make upkeep on it much easier than the fiat. We choose the scion which was my first choice, the reason I had even check his car lot out to start with. We got a great deal, good trade in. We would check with Quality Auto Sales when looking for our next rig. Check them out.

We looked at it and test drove it 3 times before we made a decision, and then they gave me time to get a cashiers check in the mail as we do not have a local bank. The process was easy and the least stressful car buying experience I have had. Sammy and Fred encourage you to take the car to a mechanic of your choice for peace of mind. All around an amazing experience. They have lifelong customers with us. Thanks for getting me into such a pristine Land Rover!
