I had been to three different car dealerships before coming to Rath Mitsubishi, and the others were rude and unhelpful. As soon as I came here, everything changed! The team was so nice and made the whole process of buying my car super easy and stress-free. I really appreciated their patience and how they treated me with respect. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great experience!

The whole experience was fast and easy. I'm in love with my 2025 Outlander. And would definitely refer a friend to come out and see her about a vehicle.

Vultures and unprofessional, sale manager got pissed and told me to leave after i redid the math on my spouse’s paperwork and berated me for getting involved on her application, they don’t like it when you see through their heavily tacked on commission. Don’t go here if you know how to crunch numbers, they won’t like it.

My experience was pleasant at first. I am from out of town but I have purchased my vehicle here 3 years ago. I called the shop and scheduled an appointment to have my car diagnosed and a recall fixed that is still not fixed so they clearly haven't figured out the actual way to fix it. I show up for the appointment and the only thing they do is fix the recall but claim they don't have enough time to do the diagnosis but I drove there 3 hours away for this appointment that I waited 2 weeks for. So set another appointment two weeks out bring my car the night before to make sure that they get on it first thing in the morning knowing my circumstances of being out of town. Call to check on it by 3:00 p.m. that day and they still haven't even pulled it into the shop but claim it's a 8-hour job to do a proper diagnosis. I said forget it then don't even touch my car last thing I needed was it not to run after they take it apart diagnosing it or something. The way it was handled was absolutely unacceptable and uncaring of my time and the hours and miles I drove to get it inspected by them and this happens a lot to me as a woman. I do not appreciate it and I am not happy with the service at all and I have a video of the service desk employee giving every excuse under the sun other than taking full responsibility of the fact they didn't handle it properly. Blamed it on me knowing that I was told they needed it all day. They had all day and then some. Will not be back for a car or mechanical work.

Great dealership, with great customer service. They were kind and courteous, and listened to all of my concerns. Never once felt ignored or not important as a customer. They answered questions very quickly as well.
They did everything possible to get me the best deal. I had some requests to take care of on the vehicle I was purchasing before the transaction was completed, they took care of those promptly.
They were also fair on my trade in. Did not feel pressured or uncomfortable at all during the process. Very relaxed and easy.
Ask for Braxton Lamar and his manager Mitchell Johnson. They will take care of you and give you the best deal available.
