Went there to try and get a couch. Was told that we would need just proof of address and ID. Told them which couch we wanted, we were then told to scan a qr code, fill something out, and then in a week we will get an email? Just a weird experience overall, was not a fan of the lack of enthusiasm walking into the store. Was met with monotone hello's. I definitely won't be coming back here. Went to a different place, got a couch, and it was delivered same day.

Literally the WORST customer service. It took 3 weeks to deliver something I chose for next day delivery and everytime all I got was a "I'm sorry" the last time they said they'd be there at 130, and didn't come till almost 3... Dresser broke within a month of having it.. Wouldn't recommend and DEFINITELY will not be a returning customer. Only gave it one star cause it made me give a star.

There had been a issue with my order and the general manager immediately straightened out the issue and drove to the next state over to pick up my washer & dryer in a snow storm and delivered it me that day. Outstanding customer service!

Absolutely horrible customer service someone needs to come teach this store how to pick up the phone and communicate with customers. Our delivery window was from 3pm to 5pm we got a call at 630 saying they never went to pick up the couch that was 2 hours away, something they could've told us at 3pm instead we were at home with an empty living room waiting around for nothing. The next day we call them at the beginning of the NEW delivery window to be told a different story of why they don't have the couch. Very sad experience Extremely disappointed. The representative spoke with doesn't seem to think he should have to call and let customers know they won't be receiving the order. They are afraid to give people bad news so instead they don't tell them anything.

Very bad customer service! They are expensive compared to what u find online and will not work with people during these trying times. They showed up at my house over one day late, while I had company visiting and refused to leave until they seen payment. I wasn't at home at the time because I was out making the payment. We have since purchased better quality furniture at a much more reasonable price and without all the hassle I was receiving from the rent a center crew.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. We were told the couch we selected was brand new and would be delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday evening, an hour after they said it would be delivered, I called and was told "oh yeah we aren't coming today due to being short staffed." A phone call would have been nice. So we were told it would be delivered Wednesday. Wednesday, again an hour after our delivery time, I call them yet again. This time not only am I told they aren't coming, but that the couch I selected wasn't available and I would have to choose another. I asked why I was originally told it was brand new and they said "well it was brand new when we first got it but now it's missing parts"We decided to terminate our agreement and went to aarons. The next day they delivered a new couch to our home. Just saying, if you value your money and your time go literally anywhere else.
