My Sister, and her two boys and my son (who are 4 and under) visited this establishment today and the boys were super eager to check out the toys. They would have something out or be looking and the worker lady would immediately snap at them and put the toys back even though we had the intention to buy them and we weren’t going to leave it a mess. The same worker put my sisters cart away while it was in use, and was very rude to my Grandma who came later and had some confusion on a price. I was over all happy with what I found there just not with the employee

Bad customer service just because I can't rate it without giving it any stars

Bad attitude employees, especially the woman at the counter. Thanks but no thanks, even if for a good cause I’d rather give my money to another thrift store that also focuses on good causes.

Bought most of my furniture, decor, and home goods for two Airbnb's here--great shop with reasonably-priced second-hand items. Found lots of really fun vintage decor to add personality to each home. Knowledgeable and welcoming staff.

I have been a supporter of the Samaritan Shop since I’ve lived in Springdale, AR. However, they have revamped the floor and as lovely as it looks- NOT ALL ITEMS DISPLAYED ARE PRICED FOR SALE. There is no sign stating not for sale, but I was told 3-4 weeks they might be priced. This is a THRIFT store and the proceeds go to feed local families at the Samaritan pantry in Springdale, AR.Nevertheless, the item I was more than happy to pay whatever the price was, I was denied my sale by the clerk and online when I messaged the store.Christmas is upon us and local charities need to wake up and be more worried about food for families and their pantry shelves than a display that their workers are doing extra work by displaying and then taking down 3-4 weeks later to price. One of my favorite charities I will no longer be shopping at.We are fortunate to have other local food pantries that do not treat their store floor with “not for sale” items for the community.Remember, these are ALL DONATIONS Samaritan is not pricing for display only.I just don’t understand the broken logic for a charity that probably needs the sales but how important is the “community display” to Samaritan?Very concerning.

Absolutely the best people, prices, and place to donate your gently used items. All proceeds do so much for our community.

Love this place, only dropped off stuff not purchased but look forward to it soon. The employees that take the items is always nice and polite, even when my 2 Schnauzer started yelling at them. They all just smiled and waved. Bless them

(In response to the store reaching out after my negative review- I appreciate your apology. However, I dont have time to call you and tell you again that your employee was the reason I left. She was a skinny white lady with brownish hair above the shoulders and glasses, I believe. She was either a manager or someone acting like they were important. I'm confident you know who I'm talking about. Please, ask her to at least pretend she cares about her job.)Cashier was very uninterested in customers. A line formed, and she did nothing but continue her work on the other counter. When a woman finally got her to check people out, she didn't apologize for the wait or anything. When she was checking me out, she was very cold and short with her words. Grabbing my card from me... ended up not buying anything and leaving my bags there.
