Matthew at Sam's Furniture Outlet, Springdale, is the best. He is an excellent listener and really knows the stock on hand in the store. I found my dream sofa (made in USA) at an absolute steal of a deal price point. The sofa was delivered the next day. The rest of the furniture I needed, I purchased with 25% down (and I will go back and pay and have that delivered within 30 days). Talk about a one-stop shop! Matthew is very efficient, knowledgable, kind, and helpful. The very best customer service. Thank you.

Every furniture store gives you a few months and some give you a year to try out a mattress. But Sam's will not take a mattress back even if it was expensive and it is the worst mattress in the world!!!! They also charge for delivery when nobody else does!!! Their own employees act as if they're too good to wait on you or even talk to you. They act like your presence is the worst thing that ever happened to them!!!! I will NEVER go back to that store again. I hope that you think about that!!!

We’ve visited Sam’s Furniture a few times and absolutely loved their selection. We were doing some window shopping before moving, and the experience was great. The sales team greeted us warmly but weren’t pushy, allowing us to browse at our own pace without feeling pressured, which we really appreciated. They even offered water and popcorn while we looked around.
