Your hardworking and attention to detail created a very outstanding customer service and complete satisfaction delivery. Salesperson KirkLin lied to us. Don't let the shiny model furniture fool you don't come here, waste of time. Salesperson claimed our Jackson furniture was all removable/ washable (I have a cat, dog and baby) it wasn't. When delivered our furniture was stained, scratched, and chipped with rust inside our lamps. This was our first experience with a sales person in Arkansas and we truly believed everything that was said because most Arkansawyers operate with honesty and with God in mind. I am appalled at the delivery company who admitted they stained parts of the couch with dirty hands then asked me to sign away that the condition was fine (Done aright Delivery) as well as with the tech who came to my home and said he'd clean the stains(sams furniture tech) He made a joke to me about removing the covers and how it would be possible if I planned on removing the entire material and back cover and that's possibly what the sales man meant. He also came in and out and left without notice, my husband almost thought he was an intruder, communication would help! Once he left he didn't communicate that he broke the lamp further upon trying to fix the rusted inside, makes sense as to why he stormed out without a proper goodbye and I had to stop him in the hallway. Oh and they fixed the scratches on the tables by putting brown paint on them. I paid top dollar for used or badly stores furniture and nasty customer service. The young lady who said "oh we will see if we can refund you since you have a cat" my cat stays in our garage she's an ESA. First time in Arkansas and as my husband likes to say "I'd have to lick a cats butthole to get this bad taste out of my mouth! "

We went here to look for new furniture which I am pretty certain that we will be back. The main reason I give the pl 5 stars is due to the personal military section in the left corner after entering. I know the owner was active military so him giving back like this was touching & great to see as well as read. The pictures only show part of. I also grabbed 2 forms to fill out for my brother & life long friend whom served in the Marine Corp.

DO NOT BUY FROM SAMS FURNITURE! We purchased a King bed frame back in May for the Memorial Day sale. We picked the frame up and it was wrapped in plastic wrap and cardboard. We got it home and immediately unloaded it into our garage, where it has sat wrapped and untouched. We’ve been waiting on our home to finish being built and moved in this week. Today we unwrapped our bed frame and was horrified to find it was caked in bird p*** and mud. I called Sams and asked to speak to a manager. The manager said they don’t understand how this could’ve happened and they would give me a $50 gift card for our troubles. I said I will not be a returning customer and I do not want the gift card and instead would like some sort of refund on our frame. She said we could give me a $50 check instead. I said I don’t want the money but she insisted, I finally said that’s fine. I have now spent hours cleaning what should have been a brand new bed frame.

Sam's has been so good to us. They are affordable & most of everything is in stock & ready to go. I will say the most complicated was ordering a sectional during a shipping crisis which was out of their control. We've gotten dining, bar stools, sectionals & accent chairs. We recommend to our family who've even purchased here. Will purchase more in the future, I'm sure!

They have a nice selection but it’s overpriced. Wayfair is a much better option for me. I saved thousands fir the same quality furniture and as a US Military Combat Veteran & Retiree I would rather see money go to starving children here in the U.S. than being sent to Africa. Starving children is terrible but we have so many starving children in our own country to help!!!!

Our second visit to Store. Tim the salesman meet us at the door & helped us while we looked around. We were the Only customers in the store. We wanted a recliner/rocker chair for our grandson's room. Bought that and a dresser w/a mirror too. It was 4pm by the time we checked out & paid with Alyson! She told us we couldn't get it delivered today but tomorrow or after would work. We could pick our day. I told her tomorrow(7/14). Filled out paperwork. Stayed home ALL DAY was trying not to get upset. By 7pm I was. On paperwork that Alyson gave us It says to only contact delivery company. So I texted him. He had NO idea who I was or what I was to get. I thought I would try Sam's even if it was after hours. Caden answered the phone! Sure enough Sam's lost our paperwork!!!! He did own it but wouldn't tell who dropped the ball. He Did apologize also. Which is more than someplaces will. I'm stilling wait to see if furniture comes tomorrow (7/15) 11-1pm window. I know I will be calling right after 1. Not waiting alday again. I hate being the bad guy when someone just can't do the job. I guess my advise would be to babysit every single person salesman Tim & sales Clerk Alyson (not sure if spell)

Bought mattress Less than year old has 3 inch dips in both sides,said not covered under warranty,was broke in wrong! Only covered if dip in middle,they sent me to warranty dept in another state! Total rip off !

Shopped here to furnish my entire house in 2019 after graduating, and had an awesome experience!Four years later I am married, and am looking to add a couple end tables and things so I go in for the Memorial Day sale.I am walking down an aisle with my wife and a salesman makes eye contact, and is heading directly for us. At first I think he is going to speak to us, but he is clearly leading other customers. This salesman attempts to outright bowl me over. I have to step aside into a dining room set, and say loudly "excuse me!".This guy pivots, puts his back to me and starts backing up into me through the display- leaving me nowhere to stand. Like he is all but pushing me out of his way with his rear end. At this point I jump out of this insane person's way and just leave the store.

Great selection, prices, and customer service. Kirklin helped me find the perfect power recliners for my home theatre. I shop at Sam's because they actually have the furniture THERE for delivery and don't trick people with high prices like other stores. I should have went here FIRST!!!

Sales will pitch you a coverage plan and then the service department will not uphold what the salesman tells you when it’s time to file a claim. Be prepared to be called a liar. Great “Christian” company.Oh to “make it right” they offer to cover labor if I buy material (over $100). I contact furniture manufacturer and they are sending me the material for free no questions asked.

I purchased a lift chair for my Dad who was battling cancer. We had the chair delivered on a Saturday, but before the chair arrived, my dad was admitted to the hospital. Unfortunately, he never recovered and passed away. I called Sam's and they had the chair immediately picked up, and gave me 100% refund with no service charge. I did pay for pickup, but totally expected that. No hassle and no questions. The people I talked with were also very sensitive to the whole situation.Thank you so much to the team at Sam's. You have won a customer & fan for life!!
