You'll be lucky if the pumps work at all. Buttons are unresponsive, card reader is hit or miss. It can take multiple tries at multiple pumps before something actually works. Don't waste your time, go elsewhere.

Such a hassle to get gas here you would figure after 4+ years of customers complaining of the issues your pumps give customers the owners would invest into getting this issue fixed.. fix your pumps!

Mac-A-Doodles folks are friendly, but don't care about the fuel pumps. Reiterating multiple reviews, the pump screens indicate pay inside. When I went inside, they said 'just use your card.' NO!!
Weird that prior to doing anything else, I pressed a fuel selection and the selection light lit. As a Fuel Rewards member, I will not be back. Shell Customer Service -- no need to reply until someone from Shell verifies that these pumps work properly.

Gas is too high, but the bathroom is clean. I have to admit the staff is super friendly. Thumbs up to them.

This gas station is very inconsistent in accepting Shell rewards and credit card payments. We tried 2 different pumps today and nonewould work. I don’t think that they care about the gas station.They just want people to go to the liquor store.

This station has not been taken care of lately. I tried 3 pumps and none would even attempt to authorize my card. Everything on the screen works slower than a sloth. Went to Casey's around the corner and no problem. Please do some maintenance.

No idea why the computer terminals here are either broken or so incredibly slow all the time. This Shell is a joke. It's been this way for years now. I thought it was Covid at first but it's obvious now they just don't maintain them that well. I go to Shell gas stations for a reason - I expect Shell standards.

One star for having Shell gas. Zero stars for everything else. This is one of the poorest maintained Shells I’ve ever been to. Why can’t you guys just take some time to maintain the pumps and empty the trash cans? I see there have been a lot of complaints for awhile and nothing is being done so I can only assume you don’t care about your customers.

I go here all the time as a shell rewards member. The pump screens are unresponsive and barely work 50% of the time. Half the time I have to go to Casey’s down the street because the input screens and card readers don’t work.

Apparently the gas pumps close at 11pm, even though no indication, except the pump doesn't work.
