Placed an order online on a Sunday because this was the only Sherwin Williams location open. I use a specific paint code and certain type of paint so they were the best option to fit my needs. There was also a discount online for paint so I was trying to save money.
When I checked out, I chose that I wanted my order as soon as possible. I never received a confirmation by email so good thing I created an account. 3 hours passed and I still hadn’t heard anything on my order so I called the store. He tried to look it up by my name. There was nothing there. He tried my order number and there was nothing there. So he questioned if I called the right location. So, I gave him that number too. When he couldn’t find it, his suggestion was I just buy a gallon from them and call customer service. So, here I am out $60 and empty handed too!!!! I would’ve had the customer come in and verify all the information and took care of them. It’s cool though! I’ll just go back to Lowe’s! Might pay more but at least I can finish my project!! Thanks for nothing Sherwin Williams!

My wife went up to the store to get different paint colors for a church project. She had samples of the colors she was needing and asked for assistance from an employee named Steven. She showed Steven the colors she was wanting and asked if he can help her to get as close as possible to the colors she was wanting. Steven replied with the arrogant response of "I don't know these two colors, I can't pick it for you. You'll have to go and find it yourself." She wasn't expecting him to KNOW all of the colors but at the very least point her in the right direction. Then after picking out the colors; the checkout process wasn't any better. Steven made my wife feel very uncomfortable through the check out process with his attitude. He made my wife feel like she was troublesome through the whole process. Overall, we hope Steven, treats other customers in the future with more respect and has a better attitude with assisting other customers in his CUSTOMER SERVICE occupation.

Went in looking for touch paint and attendant was very unhelpful. He refused the sale by shrugging and saying “yeah, I’m not going to sell you any paint” instead of trying to help and asking clarifying questions. I went down the street to Lowe’s where they not only asked clarifying questions but actually sold me the paint. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

He surpassed expectations by offering a personalized touch, creating a custom blended paint that flawlessly matched my existing color. He managed to provide this level of service even while attending to multiple customers. Not only was the quality of the service and product outstanding, but the price also outperformed that of the major home improvement stores.

Great selection of paints to choose from. They have all the colors you can imagine! They have a good selection of tools and shopping there is not overwhelming. They give you space to peruse and are not pushy. Ryan was super helpful and answered all my questions. CANT WAIT TO PAINT MY HOME.
