Kyle took one look at the gun (it appeared almost unused, so there was no external evidence of the problem) and said, "Your o-rings aren't the problem. You need such-and-such parts, this is what happened, and this is why it happened, I've seen it a hundred times." The man was precisely accurate in every detail. About sixty minutes later I walked out of the shop with the repaired framing gun.I've worked with world-class manufacturing maintenance specialists for forty years.
