So I had a lady hit my truck and after talking to the insurance company they highly recommended using this body shop. So after getting my estimate I dropped off the truck for repairs. After a week the guy name Scott called and gave me a update on how the truck was doing. They had the truck for 15 days and got a call to tell me it was ready to be picked up. I couldn't believe the difference when I picked it up. Remind you the truck came in looking dirty. Well they did a complete detail inside and out. I couldn't believe how nice it turned out. If your looking for that body shop that does the extra little things I highly recommend this body shop. Plus there work is lifetime warranty

I scheduled a test drive. I spoke to the salesman three times and texted back and forth. I also spoke to the finance guy trying to get me to do an online credit ap before I arrived. I said no because I wanted to make sure I liked it before they hit my credit. My husband and I took off work early to make the two hour drive to be informed upon arrival that the air conditioning did not work in a 2016 GMC. It would have been absolutely fabulous if they would have mentioned this in any of the phone/text conversations. I wasted 4 and a half hours of my time, gas and took off work. I will never, NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone ever. Do NOT waste your time. Mine is precious as is yours!!!

Of all the ripoff new car dealers over the last 3 years, McLarty Daniel is right up there with the best of them. Charging exorbitant "market" markups and ridiculous dealer adds like "nitrogen filled tires", they don't care about customers, they care about lining their pockets. If anyone ever tries to sell you nitrogen fill for tires, don't buy it, it's a scam that's been long debunked! Then to charge between $199 and $499 for $.10 worth of nitrogen is even worse. As for the dealer markups, I get it, there was an inventory shortage, a year ago. But, you have 100 vehicles on your lot, "market adjustments" are now below MSRP, get over it.

Took car in to check on noise coming from front right strut/ball joint, 2019 Chrysler 300. Dropped off at 7:30 told service rep need to pick it up at 1:30. I get a text from the service rep that if I need anything to text the number. 4 hours go by and I have not heard anything. I text the number no responses after 2 hours. I called and get told that the car is still in diagnosis. Which means it is still sitting in the parking lot. I call the service department and finally get the service rep. I asked can you tell me if the car is even in the bay being looked at? No, he would have to get up and go look which tells me the statement of it being in diagnostics is false, not true, blowing smoke up my @$$. The service rep says he was going to wait till 1:30 to call me...I said what? I told the service rep I had to pick it up no later than 1:30 if I wait on him to call me at 1:30 then I am late and unable to meet prior business engagements as scheduled. Car sat from 7:20am-12:39 PM never made it into the bay to be "diagnosed". Its things like this that give businesses bad reviews and people at these dealerships fail to see the ridiculousness of bad communication, poor business practices and these reviews that shy people away due to their incompetence.

We were on vacation and realized we needed more space and our bikes were too big. They worked us in and got a hitch installed so we could use a bike rack. While they had our Jeep they even checked recalls and took care of that as well. A++

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. We own Two 2020 Ram 2500's that were purchased from Mclarty Daniel. One shelled a transmission at 55,000 miles. When taken into the Bentonville location where the truck was bought we were told that some type of module had gone out and that it would take 2 weeks to receive the part. 3 weeks later we still had not heard back so tried calling and of course the representative we were dealing with wasn't in but they would leave a message. After another week we call back again and he tells us they are still waiting on the part. The following week he calls and says the part came in and that they went to install it and noticed large chunks of metal in the fluid and that the transmission was bad. They were going to replace the transmission under warranty but that it would be a month before they could get it. 3 months setting at the dealership and no loaner vehicle and they finally call that it is fixed. Go pick up the truck and the check engine light is on. The communication on this whole experience was completely ridiculous and when they would answer calls it was always a line of BS. The other truck was at the dealership for the day the appointment was made and they went through all the issues that i had. Called back that day and said they had sent a quote over to my email with 17 items that needed to be fixed (4 of those being recalls) 2 of which they can't fix. Problems with the truck were suspension issues while pulling a trailer, loss of power do to particle filter showing to be full after it tried to run its first regen cycle, the check engine light was on, and when I started the truck a message would come across the screen that said preform service. The quote to fix all of these issues was $6,450.00 and was told that if I would approve this stuff that day that they could get the parts in the following day and have it fixed that evening. I then asked Mr. Franco why this stuff wasn't covered under the 100,000 mile warranty that was purchased with the truck. He said that he didn't know that it had a 100,000 mile warranty and then asked if I had purchased the truck from the dealership. My last 5 vehicles have been purchased from this dealership. Long story short. Mr. Franco said that the adjuster had to come look at the truck to make sure the parts were in fact bad now that the warranty had to cover them. Three days later he calls me to tell me that not all of the things were seen to be bad by the adjuster and that they would only cover the things that he claimed to be bad. They claim to have fixed the problems. even with a 100,000 mile warranty they charged me $5,000 and some change. The truck shakes so bad when pulling a 10,000 pound trailer that the ABS system kicks in and about wrecked me and the cars following me today on the interstate in the rain. When I asked how do they know if the air suspension is bad they told me they start with the most common problem and if that doesn't fix it then bring it back in and they will try something else. They didn't even know that I had purchased the trucks from them or 3 others in the last 4 years. They don't care about you or that you depend on your vehicle's to make a living. I have spent my last dime with Mclarty Daniel and i would highly recommend to anyone else to not deal with these clowns.

So I tried their FB add. They told me I had to bring my trade in to them to be looked at before I could even get a credit check over the phone or even thro the internet. Well if my trade in barely runs and gas is 3.29 a gallon why would I waste my time furthermore anyone else's. Makayla, who seemed very sweet in the phone and prolly why the snake car dealers don't speak much on the phone was very pleasant except she said she would send me a credit app through email which I never received. Poor customer service and poor business standards.

i was attempting to take advantage of one of their web coupons, so i scheduled service with them to do so, when i got there the price was more than doubled and when i asked about this coupon that i actually went through to schedule my appointment i was told to prove it, literally they asked me for proof of a discount that was offered on their website. I'm still in shock about their behavior

Since I moved to Springdale in 2019 A driver backed into the bed of my truck, another driver hit my head on and another driver ran into the rear of my truck. Each time I have had the Dodge collision center repair my truck and thier work has been very good.
