Ronnie is the best. We have always been extremely happy with the service that Ronnie and his team provide. After purchasing our latest vehicle from Lewis Ford in Fayetteville, we attempted service with Lewis Fayetteville. The difference between the two are night and day and I will never go back to the Fayetteville location.

Best experience ever buying a car! My husband and I worked with Jeremy and I recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy a car.He is not a pushy salesman at all which I really appreciated.I customized my Bronco in April and Jeremy assisted my husband and I through the entire process. Even when we moved across country before receiving my car he stayed in touch with us and answered all of our questions every step of the way.Five months later I am receiving my car and Jeremy worked with us to see that our new Bronco was properly loaded onto a trailer and transported to us across country to our new home.This guy stayed in constant communication with us, he was always very transparent, very polite, genuine, courteous and we felt great working with Jeremy the entire time.Ford you all have a rockstar!

Scott Davis was very helpful. He was not even close to pushy. He would keep in contact with me and send me vehicles I may be interested in. If I had a question he would be honest and say he didn't know and would find the answer. I liked working with Scott! Thank you

When my regular service was complete, they went out of their way to address some questions I had about the hood movement at highway speeds. They even made some adjustments on the spot without charging me or requiring another visit. Much appreciated!

Absolutely fantastic service!My sister was in from Minnesota & and had a issue with her Escape. She needed to be back soon & none of the other dealers would even look at it for at least a week, that wouldn't do. Since it only had 12k miles on it & under warranty, I needed to find a dealer to take care of this ASAP. That's where the Service Manager stepped in at SpringdaleFord & made time to diagnose & solve the issue.My sister made it home on time.

I’m always scared when I get my brakes checked that I’ll be told I need thingsii I don’t need, like new rotors. That definitely did not happen. Very happy with the service and communication. Price was fair, too.

Springdale Ford has had my truck in for service for 10 days without an update. The first 2 days they couldn't give me an update because my service writer had left sick. The next Monday they called and said they couldn't find anything wrong with the truck and they needed more information on the problem. The transmission is slipping and clunking through gears with 38k miles. After another week of no update, they tell me they're still trying to figure out what's wrong with it and they'll update me when they figure it out.

Great experience and excellent service from Scott and the dealership as a whole.My order took a while to get here, but understandable considering the constraints on builds. Once it got here the service was excellent. No extraneous fees or "market adjustments" on the car I ordered. They honored the price I locked in when I ordered and that says a lot about this dealership.The process of picking it up was very quick, it feels like most dealers keep you there for hours on end just waiting to be able to get your vehicle but I was in and out in just over an hour. Overall very pleased with the transaction and I will be coming back!

I do not recommend them for vehicle service. Incredibly excessive service times (5 days for an oil change and break job), non-existent communication. I was expecting my vehicle back the same day as my appointment but received no call, no update. I left 3 messages for them over the course of 2 days with no callback. Finally after 5 additional phone attempts and another day I got someone on the phone only to find out they hadn’t even ordered parts yet. You’d think they’d have break pads and rotors in stock but that’s at least the excuse they gave me. Totally unsatisfied and will not ever be using them again.

I really don't even think they deserve ONE star. I've never endured worse treatment anywhere. I had a problem with my 2019 Ford Explorer. Scheduled an appointment here and was told to please just drop it off. I guess because it took them 3 days to tell me it needed a new cowl and rubber seal and even tho they hadn't checked with my GAP extended warranty it wouldn't be covered. And it would cost $650 to have it replaced. And I had to pay $170 just to find that out! I'll NEVER go back! Service Department very rude!!

Ronnie , (Service supervisor) at Springdale Lewis Ford was the epitome of what a Service supervisor is suppose to be. Ronnie was all business and at the same time very courteous (a Rare commodity these days) and even being at a disadvantage due to lack of sufficient employees in the service department Ronnie never let that get in the way of doing an awesome job!!! I took my Vehicle to the dealership and went to the service department and explained the situation and Ronnie said, “ Bring it to me in the morning and I will take care of the problem “”, I did, and he did just what he told me he would do……This is a very RARE quality these days. If Ronnie could get some employees that are as dedicated as he is, he would need a bigger service department to service the demand, I am sure. I will be going back to see Ronnie for my service requirements for my vehicles. There was “””0” stress!!! “”GREAT EXPERIENCE””” !!!Billy

Like other reviewers have stated the service department never communicates with you. I've gotten Joanna's voicemail many times and never gotten a call back. Had a recall and was told I had to bring it in to just order the part.. why, can't you use the VIN or make/model? And then months later have heard nothing about them getting the part. I'm just going to drive the extra distance to Fayetteville.
