I have been bothered by the lack of customer service lately. Most everywhere you go people are not concerned or interested in your experience with their business. Most of the time there's a language barrier when you do try to give someone credit. The experience I had with the Superior Storage manager was refreshing. He was personable, friendly and concerned about the experience I would have. He physically drew a map to my unit and the unit itself was clean and easy to access. The manager helped me finish the extensive paperwork and gave me an easy number to remember for access. The entire process was easy and actually, left me smiling.

Teresa acts as if she owns the place; I guess because she lives out there. The rent increases like it’s a rent a center place. She calls more than a loan officer- I hope they pay her good. I lost a lot of memorabilia stuff from my deceased mom and I think she may have given it to her Mexican friends or taken it for herself since she lives on the premises! Don’t rent here— your monthly rent fee will be the cost of your mortgage.
