Edit: I called the rogers location and they checked this locations inventory and I was informed that they DO in fact have rentals available for today. The person I talked to at the Rogers location was confused on why they told me they didn’t have anything. “sometimes they lie”

Amber does not need to work for uhual. She is so rude. She doesn’t know how to talk to people. I don’t know how she got this job, but she’s making Uhaul look really bad.

I didn't like a thing about my truck rental experience I was supposed to get a month free of storage with any truck rental and they made me pay for it and when I talked to the general manager she gave me the refund and I told her to apply it to my truck rental. And then I got called and harassed the next day about when am I going to return their truck and I said the money that I got returned from the storage I paid for was supposed to get applied for the truck and they told me they had the money in the safe at the store for me. I went up there and then had it applied to the truck and extended my rental for a week and paid them extra money to extend my truck I returned my truck the day that it was due to be returned and then the return on the U-Haul app. And I called to see if I had a balance because I gave them a $100 deposit when I rented the truck and they're telling me I owe $127 and some cents. It was the biggest run around and the worst experience I have ever had running a truck the general manager Amber and Mackenzie were the ones that made the experience horrible.

Will never ever ever rent or do business with Uhaul ever again after my experience with this location and their absolute unwillingness to try and help and attitude towards customers who just moved across the entire country. Unable to access my stuff and staff had no real understanding of the contract we have. The girl called herself the manager of storage services. They lied to us about the specific details of the reservation originally when the agent sold us the services. That part was worked out through a call to the customer service line. However the continual issues and multiple reasons the girl had, didn’t match our contract or what we were guranteed. This location specifically is the problem and how they handle customer relations! Go anywhere else! Budget, Pods, Freight, Enterprise….
If you want Uhaul I’d much rather deal with either a location in Bentonville where they might have manners and understanding of how the business should function or maybe even Home Depot, as their employees seem to be more knowledgeable of their services and contracts. Unbelievable 0/0 DO NOT put yourself in the same situation we did. We moved back to Fayetteville from Oregon. The snow is just melting and we can’t get our warm clothes, pots & pans, bedding, etc….
Also they do now require 24hr notice if you need to access your stuff! Don’t take the lies on the phone or emails received about having access as long as the location is open. Gross misrepresentation of a company who was once the only trustworthy name in moving. No more is that the case! One last time, BEWARE! Take your money to someone who appreciates their customers and having business.

I rented a U-Haul from here, drove 6 miles total, and returned the truck 20 minutes later. I was charged for driving 45 miles instead of 6. Part of this is maybe on me for not checking the mileage against the email I was sent because I was in such a hurry (hince the 20 minute return time), but it also means that it was checked-in incorrectly in the first place. When I called to dispute this, they did nothing to help me out even though they saw on the camera that I returned 20 minutes after I picked up the truck. If I drove 45 miles in 20 minutes, I would have been traveling 135mph the entire time I had the truck. So logically, something was wrong. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS UHAUL AGAIN.

We went through the process to rent a truck and our card was charged then we were told that truck wasn't available then that it was but that there was a reservation so it needed to be back by 3 pm then told that it needed to be back by 12 pm but it was 10 am. Settled for a cargo van. When verifying the van, found that the license plate didn't match. Informed staff and was told that they would just update the plate in the computer then informed staff that the equipment number didn't match either. Was told that the paper would be changed to that van. The text to verify was sent for the wrong van after telling staff that numbers didn't match. Then the paper that was brought out had someone else's name on but my husband's signature. Had to go back in to have that fix. We were told multiple times that the computers weren't working, that the computers were slow and that they were swamped even though we were the only people there. This transaction took extremely long and had to be worked on by 3 different staff members. We were there for over 30 minutes. I will not return.

Terrible terrible customer service practically was doing all the work for the employee who had no knowledge of the products he was in charge of helping sell no wonder it has so many bad reviews. I should’ve read before I wasted my time.

Dishonest
Make sure to take video/photo of vehicle and mileage before leaving lot. Got a $70 up charge from them bc I forgot to note mileage. They said I took it an extra hundred or so, called multiple times to get it worked out, mgr wasn’t available and never returned phone call.

I could not access my storage unit because of the trailers that were back there, and because of the neighbor that was next-door to me of the storage unit was back there spray painting, and always blocking my unit and almost hit me with her car so no I will not recommend this storage unit to anybody because it was horrible

This was the worst experience ever! I rented a dodge truck to go pick up a truck in Stuttgart Arkansas. I picked this truck up on Thursday 5-9-2024 @ 6:00PM. I dropped it off on Friday 5-10-2024 @4:00PM. When I picked it up I was told I would be charged $19.95 and 0.49 a mile. Marty then asked me “ about how many miles will you be going?” I said “ about 400 miles give or take” and the conversation was over. Once I got there to drop off the U-haul and pay. I was then told it’s $19.95 a day plus 0.49 cents a mile and added a $90 charge because I went over the 400 miles. I was not told that if I went over 400 miles I would be charged an extra $90 plus 0.49cents a mile. I even called again while in Stuttgart and made sure that if I went over my miles I wasn’t charged extra other than the 0.49cents and I was told “ it’s no extra fee. It will be 0.49cents every mile you go over 400 miles. Once I asked Marty to help me understand why I was charged this he told me “ i don’t know how to explain it to you” then I asked the guy who told me my total to explain it to me and he couldn’t either. Marty and Seth told me to call customer service. They were very rude to me and at one point Seth was so disrespectful when I asked for his name, so I could clarify things with customer service.

Horrible service. We spent $50 when it was supposed to be $29 and get the extra $21 back when the truck was dropped off. We dropped it off and an additional $82 comes out of my account. I called and they couldn't really explain other than the gas wasn't exactly at the line I got it the prior day. It did not cost $82 to fill a 10 foot U-Haul from a quarter tank back to half tank. They refused to refund any of it and basically spent $100 more than advertised. Next time we move I will do it myself. Do NOT RECOMMEND.
