twin city is a joke was their on 12/15/2023 and when checking out they said we cant use cards only cash when trying to pay cash then they say cant use cash only cards ended up just walking out manger is rude and does not know her truck called their corp office they say yes we take both cash and cards dont use twin city

Easy pickup and return for my trailer. The lady working the counter was nice. She was the only one in office so of course she was busy taking care of other people so I had to wait just a few minutes. But she was working as quickly as she could. I could see how you’d have a long wait if even just a couple people were in front of you. But not the workers fault. The guy working the returns was quick to come out and get us unhitched. He came out quicker than we could use the app to return.I’d highly recommend using the app for check in and return. Saves so much of your time and the workers time. Makes things go much smoother and quicker.

PROPERTY STOLEN! Do not do storage rental at U-Haul.Stick to truck rentals. My property was stolen from Unit G-128. There have been 3 different managers since claim was filed. None would cooperate with the police investigation nor would U-Haul turn over any video surveillance for the Springdale police to investigate.They told me to just file insurance, but insurance claims it was the responsibility of U-Haul, so the monthly fee I paid for insurance was worthless.Again, please do not rent here as your property is NOT PROTECTED!!!David Horton

PROPERTY STOLEN from storage unit G-128. Do not store anything valuable, especially at the 40th St location, as there is no management on site. Don't let the security cameras fool you, as U-Haul refused to cooperate and turn over any video surveillance to Springdale police regarding my claim. There have been 3 different managers at the main location since my original claim was filed, and none would offer any assistance other than "just file a claim. That's why you purchased the monthly insurance". The Insurance company (Rep West) says it is the fault of U-Haul, so they won't pay the claim. U-Haul won't respond to requests from Springdale police, so I am missing property and stuck. Certainly smells of an INSIDE JOB. D. Horton

left my unit full at the end of may, just came back in august and half of my stuff is missing. everything inside my unit was picked through and bags were emptied onto the ground. expensive items such as pots and pans as well as random items that i don’t understand why anyone would feel the need to steal (dish liquid, trash bags, oven mitts, cleaning products, etc.). unit can only be accessed by the key i was provided or some kind of master key which leads me to believe it was the doing of an employee. i’m disgusted and feel an extreme violation of privacy.

Incompetent workers, have been here several times to update payment info and every time they do not do it correctly and I end up with late charges. They simple won’t click the auto pay button after being asked to MULTIPLE times. Plus, it took us 3 hours to even get our scheduled storage unit open because they had to wait for a manager. I’d give 0 stars if possible. Ready to be DONE with this awful location. Don’t expect any help from calling either, because it’s a waste of time.

It’s a uhaul place, so if you need a truck/van to move they can provide it. The customer service is god awful, I’ve been waiting almost 30 minutes just to return a vehicle. For every person in there to check in or check out, it’s gonna be 10-15 minutes. So if you walk in and see four people, don’t wait an hour, just leave.

The worst follow-through and customer service I've ever seen. They lock empty units, then don't have anyone available to unlock them. They say they'll unlock them, and when you show up with movers, it's still locked. I have 4 units on 40th st, and this has happened every time. Then they say "someone is on the way, be there in 15 minutes to unlock," and no one shows up for 3.5 hours – while movers are on the clock (happened twice now). The general manager never answers her cell phone, not calls and not texts. They get you into a bind and then offer no compensation for what their negligence costs you (I had to pay an extra $40 for a day of u-haul truck because they couldn't unlock the door on the day I had reserved.) The staff hate their jobs, and it shows. Do yourself the favor and go anywhere else. As soon as I'm into my new home and out of these storage units, I will never rent from them again.

Reserved a truck for our move and it wasn’t available when we went to pick it up at our reserved time. Only option they had for us was a cargo van which had to be return to their specific location so we couldn’t even change to a truck at our destination. Of course the cargo van couldn’t fit all our stuff, so we had to get rid of our bed frame and other furniture because we had no were to store it. AND take another 6 hour trip the next weekend to try get the rest of our boxes to fit into our car. Now have to repurchase furniture and are out so much money at this point.Nightmare experience 0/100 DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want to cry.

The staff was friendly and very helpful, they were 5 stars! However, I was extremely disappointed to find out I didn’t have the storage unit I reserved a month before arrival. I was informed by the front desk associate that “even though you have a reservation, it’s still first come, first serve.” As a result, I had to settle for a storage unit that was much smaller than I reserved and I’m now left with less space than I need.

This is 100% the best U-Haul location I've been to! They have a lot of good vehicles, supplies, customer service. I showed up and Robert helped me with everything! He talked through everything with me, treating me like a friend which definitely helped with the pressures of moving. My truck was ready to go and fully clean! There were no issues and everything was great!I suggest giving them a call and going through them for your next move or storage!
