Moved to NWA last June and so happy Uncle Tank’s is so close to my new home. It is clean, has lots of security cameras, and has lots of space to easily maneuver a huge moving truck around.The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. I just moved another truck load here two days ago and at the last minute realized I needed extra muscles to unload my heavy stuff and possibly another storage unit. The front office was a few minutes from closing when I drove up. Erica came to my rescue and solved all my worries. Thanks to her, I got it all unloaded that night and it all fit in my one storage unit. I cannot thank her enough. You are the best, Erica!!!

I love this place, and have had the best experience. Beyond the obvious (clean, safe, well-managed, convenient, great pricing) the people there went above and beyond to help me with alternative solutions when I moved here and forgot keys in Austin to our existing unit! Shaunda totally bailed me out, and made sure I was able to still unload to a new unit temporarily, checked back with me several times, offered water, and was so kind and helpful. Really appreciate the business, and the people working there. Great experience!

Amazing experience with Uncle Tank's. I have nothing but good things to say. I moved from Indiana and Erica and Shonda made my moving less stressful. The staff is very friendly and super collaborative. The facility is very clean and secure.

Great service but I had to take away two stars because moving things into storage is already a struggle and the lack of lips/ramps on the doorways makes it incredibly difficult to use a dolly or push cart to move things. Trying to push the cart and dolly over the doorway threshold and having everything fall off is frustrating and made the process more painful than it had to be.However the facility is incredibly clean and the security is top notch!

Great storage facility. Clean and secured with gates. Renting the unit and moving out was a very easy process. I was able to do everything online which was extremely convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would rent here again if I ever need to.

After desperately searching for a storage unit on a Saturday morning, we found Uncle Tank’s. They had just the size we needed and we were able to meet a deadline on a house clean out all because of Uncle Tank’s! I’ll never rent anywhere else.

I have been using Uncle Tank’s storage for a year. Very clean, staff are friendly and easy to work with. I actually run a business out of two storage units, and Uncle Tank’s makes it super affordable to compared to leasing an office space. Highly recommend for long-term storage OR for summer storage if you are a college student.

The lady at the front desk is a doll, she gave me a follow up call about updating my pin, and it wasn't until I arrived ( I rented on their website) that I realized just how awesome and caring she really was in calling me. She also helped me find my unit, explained and showed me how to her in and anything else i could need. Also, they have a payment kiosk for no contact and after hours payments.
