Updated… UFC reached out and corrected the situation…We have been a member at this credit union for years have five different accounts my wife’s debit card expired back in August. She has requested it twice online and we’ve never got it. I went into the Springdale location on Sunset and ask if they could print her one. The lady behind the counter said yes we can print it but you cannot get it. She Hass to be here in person, I said I have ID and I’m on the account. Why can I not get it and she said she hast to be here to get it so that means she has to takeoff work to come down here to get a card that’s ridiculous. We will be moving our accounts to a different bank. I advise you not to use United Federal credit Union. They have no customer service at all and it’s no telling where they’ve supposedly sent these other two cards.

Sold a vehicle I had financed with the credit union, the buyer and I met there to complete the transaction and Lina was the one assisting me. She remembered me calling the day before and made the process so easy. Thank you Lina!United federal credit union is a textbook example of how to treat people if you want their business. Highly recommend!!

I called to make a payment over the phone and i could not make it with my debit card. The lady told me that i could do it on saturday on the drive thru since i was working during the week. Whe i got there on saturday, sorprice, they don't take debit cards on thevdrive thru and since it was a suturday, just the drive thru was open.. I wasted 50minutes driving for nothing.

Best advice- CHANGE BANKS!! Customer Service is horrible! They claim the are a shared branch with other credit unions- what a crock!! They put up obstacles, anything they can do to delay you from making a payment! I am not a member at the union, nor would I EVER BE!!

I started using this bank for my car loan. I had a great experience at the fort Smith Roger's ave location. So when I decided to buy a home of course I went to this bank. It was such a difficult process due to the mortgage advisor never being available , unable to answer questions, and not returning calls. Also I've had so much trouble paying my car payment with the app. Today they withdrew 2 payments instead of one and of course they can't return the money for several days. Ok so I won't eat for the next 2 days thanks. Also in November had a similar issue where they said I made Decembers payment but not Novembers. Why would anyone pay the next months payment and not the current. They said they would fix it and remove any late payment fee. I was still charged a 35 dollar late fee. So fed up with this company.

I came here to check on the cd rates they offered. The lady was very nice and helpful. She tried to get me to open a account nice try. But really interesting in hearing how cds dork in the long run.

Do not put your IRA money with United Federal Credit. Here's why. After placing my IRA funds in a CD with United Federal Credit Union and receiving written and documented assurances I could remove these funds anytime I needed, and after having done so four time over the last three years, I was suddenly told I could no longer do that do to changes in their policy. Furthermore my IRA funds are now held hostage until the end of the CD period or incur a one year interest penalty. This was confirmed by Kyle Hathaway, new Branch Manager and Lee Beason, Regional Manager.
