This place is pure scam!!!They don't know how to fix vehicles and on top of that one has to pay even if the vehicle doesn't run or they send it to the corralón and the person in the corralón collects from him and the mechanic?I mean, you lose three times, you pay the corralón, the mechanic, and without a car. That courage!

I took my truck to get it fixed and after 3 months he couldn't fix it, I went to pick it up and I found out they were taking it to the corralon ?????? there are no real mechanics, they only change parts ?

I bought a couple Groupons for "All About Cars". 1 for me and 1 for my son. They included 3 oil changes and 3 tire rotations. When my son went in, he was on time for his 2pm appointment but had to wait 15 minutes before anyone even showed up. When they did his oil change one of the "gentleman" came in and tried to up sell him on a tune up for $700. When my son said no he got a little short with my son and charged him for the oil but didn't give him his card for the Groupon or rotate his tires. When I went in I made it clear what I wanted from the start. Part of the way through the same "gentleman" came in and told me I needed new rear brakes and rotors. That it's typically 500 but he would only charge me 400. When I told him no, he tried using scare tactics. I told him I had a friend who would do it for way less than that. He said does your friend change oil too? Then he went into the back office and laughed about what he said. Both my son and myself made the comment that we felt we had to watch them do the work. We both have worked on cars since we were young but I'm at the age where I would rather pay to have it done. BUT, I will not be paying All About Cars. They don't deserve my hard earned money. Up sell your customers, don't strong arm them. Don't make fun of them and don't assume that they don't know anything. Most of all show some respect to the people paying your bills. If I can't pay for an up sale this time, I might find the money next time if I feel respected. But, now you're just losing business. Also they told me they were losing money on me because I bought a Groupon for services. Then don't sell them!!! Simple as that. Try going by word of mouth or advertising. Good luck.

All the guys at this shop are amazing. My car needed some serious repair work done. The cost could have been exorbitant had I gone to the dealer. Nate took the time to look around and find the parts my car needed for a price I could afford. They are honest, fair, and they care about their customers. They stand behind their work 100%. Car repairs are never a good thing, having someone you can trust to do the job right, not oversell, and not gouge your eyeballs out, takes away some of the misery. All About Cars is the only place my daughter and I will take our vehicles. Thank You Nate, for going above and beyond to get my car up and running,

I get all my brakes, oil, changes, and tires here and the management is very fair. You should really get these guys a shot. I think it is a family that owns it. I know there are two brothers and they are very understanding about hardships.

Worst car repair experience of my life. Heard a noise when they gave it back to me (6 days late). Took it to another shop and they had installed my drive shaft backwards and didn't properly tighten the bolts to my transmission. Do not go here if you like your car.

I went to All About Cars to have my car looked at after hitting a curb. Joe, the owner, was able to get me in right away, and had my car back to me in lightning speed! He, and his team, were so welcoming, kind and more than professional. I've been to the "big retailers" many times, but choosing All About Cars was by far the better choice. Don’t get fooled like I have. Do your research and listen to your friends before letting shady criminals work on your car. My car worked fine except that the transmission would flip every once in a while when I put it in reverse. I drove it to him for him to look at it. He convinced me that it needed a new transmission. After thousands of dollars and days of waiting, I got my car back - much worse than when I brought it to him. It didn’t work anymore. He messed up my car. I had to tow it to a real mechanic and have him undo what Universal Translation has done to my car. It was a nightmare. I got scammed by Universal Transmission. Don’t get fooled like I have.

Best place ever !! My papa recommended these GREAT people to me and I am have been treated so well !! I first saw A Master Mechanic -which is not a smart choice- and these guys gave me HELPFUL information to fix my car. They helped me so much and when I told them I couldn't afford the price for them to fix my car they went above and beyond and helped me find a safe car that I would be able to drive !! If you EVER need help - this is the place that you should come to! They are so genuine and the prices are reasonable for what they do for you!! thank you so much Joe !!

Charged me $1600 to fix my ac in my 18 year old car and didn't put everything in my dash back right after the repair. It's been months and I'm still finding random components that no longer work. Seat warmers and some lights no longer work, pieces are falling out and off. They had bad attitudes about even fixing it at the time and kept calling me to charge me more and more to the point I'd be paying for nothing if I didn't agree to the extra charges. They had my car for a week just for the ac!!!! On the plus side at least that works
