They say they’re open on Saturdays for Will Call, but it’s a lie. Arrived here after a 40 min drive to find a sign saying “We are closed on Saturday and Sunday, no exceptions.” Ordered a package with 2 day shipping that was supposed to arrive 3/2, but it got rerouted to UPS Store delivery to a store that does not receive any shipments over the weekend. Now waiting until Monday for a desperately needed package.

It’s unfortunate that that UPS main website says that the main facility is open til 1 on Saturday for the public to pick up packages (it’s not). I had a package to be delivered on Saturday, they delayed the delivery til Monday. So I checked and THEY offered an alternative drop off site of the main distribution facility. No problem. Then I can pick it up Saturday as the site showed they are open til 1? Nope. Closed. Lucky for me though. Their incompetence helped me out. Although it was ‘held’ for pick up, they delivered it any way. So, lose/lose? Lose/win? I don’t know but they could care less when I called to tell them about the error on their website.

Friendly staff that was more than willing to help me with my unique shipping need.Granted, my 2 day air package still hasn't arrived 2 weeks later. . But that's more in UPS than it is this individual store.

This UPS needs to learn from FEDEX. UPS is constantly not delivering our packages because they don't want to drive out here. We're just 15 min from the hub. Sad, just do your job.

I put BIG numbers on my mailbox to stop your driver from delivering to the wrong address, yet they still do it almost every single time. Everybody in this neighborhood is sick of it

The people in the office are nice. I pay extra for freight every time it's necessary to avoid using UPS. The corporation isn't interested in taking care of it's customers.

UPS has trouble delivering packages and as everyone knows, their help line is infuriately slow because they have so many issues and force you to be routed through a poorly designed phone software.

This is basically a drop-off location, don't go until you have a label in hand or you will be directed to a computer to login and buy your postage. But that is worthless if they cancel your account for inactivity and don't tell you... Which they've done 2 times now.I'm just going to FedEx next time... at least they pretend to care.

The WORST UPS service I have ever had. 2 days of my package not being delivered and not having a Tracking Notice left while I took off work for my daughter to receiver her laptop for school - I FINALLY got a local dispatch manager on the phone. They promised they would call me on the 3rd day - never did. Thank God I didn't answer the door b/c the driver told me that he never even tried to deliver the package b/c at the end of our driveway he just saw the garage door closed and assumed no one was home.LAZIEST EXCUSE EVER. To make matters worse, they delivered so late that the day was wasted. I'm used to amazing UPS service and this was horrible. No one apologized and it was a failure at every point. Had he decided to just not attempt anything on the 3rd attempt I would have had to paid to go pick it up from this station. Ridiculous.

This new automated phone service is the most frustrating thing to talk to. I told my tracking number three times and it still says “I didn’t get that” and wasted 30 minutes of my time. Never got to talk to a real person

This location is GARBAGE. My past 6 deliveries have gotten delayed stating “a late trailer has delayed your delivery”. Then today, I get a package from Amazon with my tracking info tape with cardboard and a in a UPS bag. I thought it was weird, but I figured it once I opened it. All three items were wet. They destroyed my book, vinyl, and aluminum bookmarks and still tried to deliver them. Y’all are gross.

This UPS delivered my shipped prescription to a UPS Access Point without ever attempting to deliver it to my home and with no update or package pickup information given to me, ultimately leading to a week delay in receiving my prescription and upsetting health issues. I was home all day on the delivery date waiting to receive the package, but no one ever came. I tried to call this UPS many times, but the automated system literally will NOT connect callers to an agent so I couldn't get more information and can't file a complaint. Because I had no information about what happened to the package, I almost missed the pickup timeframe and am lucky I got the package before my prescription was tossed or returned. I'm very upset about the poor service all around.

We had a package delivered yesterday June 2nd from Butcherbox and it was originally supposed of been delivered in the morning. The time changed to 3:15-5:15pm. When it was delivered the box was damaged and major of the meat was defrosted!!!! We’ve never had an issue with UPS until yesterday! I called the company and thankfully they are replacing everything! The only reason why we go with Butcherbox is because it’s a lot cheaper than buying grass fed at Walmart and the grocery stores!! $316 of meat had to be tossed!!!
