“Clean, well-lit, organized, and spacious. I went early, at 9:30 AM, and there were very few shoppers, and exactly 9 cars in the huge parking lot. Rosie at the register was so helpful and friendly! The prices are extremely reasonable.I read an unexpected number of negative reviews on here. I just want to reiterate that Goodwill is not a “company” or a “business”, they do not “price gouge”, and they are definitely not “all about profits!” They are, in fact, a non-profit charitable organization, and they take the money they raise and use it for education and employment programs. They also have to pay their rent, utilities, and staff wages. They can’t give away stuff for free, they can’t pay your bills for you, and I’m surprised they take returns at all, let alone give cash back. Think of the store as more like a yard sale for charity, and less like a Kohl’s. You wouldn’t go to a yard sale and expect to have changing rooms, or to be able to go back a few days later and get your money back, right? All in all, I found the items I was looking for, prices were very low, and I had a very pleasant experience.”
“Omg wonderful service! They came out to my place to collect my donations. The scheduling was a breeze and the staff that the sent out, called 30 minutes before and both guys were amazing, prompt and very polite! I will absolutely use this service from them again if I have stuff to give!”
“Great place to donate clothing, and everyday life needs. Also a place that appreciates large food donations as well. Helping our community is what they're all about.”
“My absolute favorite place to drop in and window shop with the family. My 4 year old, my husband, and I can all find a good book, snack, and lots of awesome used furniture. They have great deals, the friendliest staff I've ever met, and a wide variety of local products that are easy to love. I've always wanted to shop local, but it was hard to do so, going to a variety of shops all the time with kids in tow.
Midtown Mall is a one-stop shop for supporting local businesses and finding family treasures.”
