5252 W Sunset Ave, Springdale“Clean, well-lit, organized, and spacious. I went early, at 9:30 AM, and there were very few shoppers, and exactly 9 cars in the huge parking lot. Rosie at the register was so helpful and friendly! The prices are extremely reasonable.I read an unexpected number of negative reviews on here. I just want to reiterate that Goodwill is not a “company” or a “business”, they do not “price gouge”, and they are definitely not “all about profits!” They are, in fact, a non-profit charitable organization, and they take the money they raise and use it for education and employment programs. They also have to pay their rent, utilities, and staff wages. They can’t give away stuff for free, they can’t pay your bills for you, and I’m surprised they take returns at all, let alone give cash back. Think of the store as more like a yard sale for charity, and less like a Kohl’s. You wouldn’t go to a yard sale and expect to have changing rooms, or to be able to go back a few days later and get your money back, right? All in all, I found the items I was looking for, prices were very low, and I had a very pleasant experience.”
“Midtown mall/whimsy Whoo is by far my favorite local place to shop! Not only are all of their items amazing the staff is awesome! They always greet me by my name and show me their new products! I’ve never had anything other than a beyond positive experience! Their pricing is great and everything they offer is remarkable!! Go check them out, you won’t regret it!!”
