At this time I require a ride to get my errands done. I arrived at the post office at 11:10am and the office was closed for an hour as it's closed for lunch. I feel it should remain open if they don't have a do it yourself option.

I had an exceptional customer service experience yesterday! It was my first time using this location, and there was a line when I walked in. Ian, the only employee at the counter, was incredibly friendly. He greeted the first customer by name and knew exactly what they needed before they even asked. The next two transactions were just as smooth, efficient, and warm. When two customers who didn't speak English came up, Ian went above and beyond to help them, showing great respect and assisting with their money order needs. When it was my turn, I had questions about the best shipping options. Ian not only explained my choices but also took the time to pack my item, unfold and seal the box, all while I created the shipping label.
I don’t typically expect much from USPS, but Ian has set a new standard that will be hard to match. Thank you, Ian, for your outstanding service, attention to detail, and excellent customer care!

Joe was delivering mail across the street and smelt smoke coming from our house. Without him coming to check on our house, our house would have completely caught on fire. he also saved the lives of our two dogs. We couldn’t be more thankful for Joe and everything he did for us. He saved our home & our puppies. He came by after the fire fighters left to check on us and our dogs. He is an angel and the best human. He deserves everything and more. We love Joe and Springdale is so very lucky to have him delivering our mail and watching over us. Thanks a million Joe!!!!!!!

My sister went in asking if they sold stamps and the guy behind the desk started making noises and "Sorry, just trying to not give a terribly sarcastic response."What on earth? There's already so many bad reviews about the lack of customer service. Hire new people!

The staff at our local Post Office on Holcomb St. is helpful, patient, and professional. This facility serves a very diverse and changing NWA population and it sometimes gets extremely busy. In my experience the staff always strives to serve everyone equally. It's wonderful to have a local US Post Office when I need it.
