Website states this is a 24 hour self service postal service. They have removed the self service computer. You need to update what services you have online and on the door so people dont waste their time coming to your facility

The price guide you for everything. My usps package was tossed around for a 3 weeks before I finally got it it cost me $18 to intercept it in Fayetteville to bring it back to Springdale and then it cost me another $19 to pick it up in Springdale

Hands down the BEST post office experience I’ve ever had!
I cannot say enough good things about the USPS location in Springdale, Arkansas. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. The customer service team here is truly outstanding, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Nick, Cheryl, and Kevin — absolute rockstars!
Mccoy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Cheryl greeted me with such a friendly attitude that it immediately made my day better — she really goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels valued. And Kevin? A total pro! Efficient, respectful, and always smiling, even during a busy rush.
They work together like a well-oiled machine, and their teamwork and positive energy are contagious. I left feeling like I was genuinely cared for — not just another customer in line.
If you’re in the Springdale area and need anything postal-related, do yourself a favor and visit this location. Thank you, Nick, Cheryl, and Kevin, for showing what excellent customer service looks like!

Everyone says this is the worst post office, but im gonna say they are the best. If you want to know what the worst Post Office is it's on Powell st in springdale. That's a horrible post office

Absolutely ridiculous! Showed up 10 minutes early for my passport ID waited for 30 minutes then the guy goes to lunch. Worst customer service at this branch than any other. Very disappointed!!

I've used this post office for almost 20 years. Over that time they've assisted me with trying to locate a lost package, helped me file an insurance claim for an item that was broken in transit, shipped many packages for me, and sold me many books of stamps. Every time I've come here, I've always received polite and professional service from everyone who works at this location. Often you will find you have to wait in line, but it's not due to employee inefficiency, rather it's a product of the growing pains of this area. They're always working as fast as they can to meet customers needs while keep things flowing. Keep up the good work, Springdale USPS! 👍🏼

Visited this location Saturday. I have never been to a post office that was so friendly.
My package ended up being UPS , my mistake.
The young man and older gentleman working the counter were kind and even pointed me to a nearby UPS drop off point.

Kevin helped me out to get my passport today, he was the sweetest man! He was so lighthearted and silly. I left with a smile today! He mentioned how much he loves his job and it shows. ❤️ give this man a raise he’s a king!

Kevin was so kind and had the best attitude. He was very personable and pleasant! I didn’t actually get helped by him, but I observed him interacting with everyone he helped while I was waiting in line and truly appreciated how he carried himself that I had to check his name tag and leave a review. Post offices get so many bad reviews anymore. Did I wait a little while? Sure. But that wasn’t their fault and they stayed patient and helpful the entire time and for that I was grateful

Phenomenal postmaster Christian is so kind! Y’all best hold onto him in this company. There’s not that many out there like Christian! I’ve been to many postal services ware professionalism is not a thing.
