Always helpless, 2 hours waiting every time don’t matter what time you go , never have enough people to help,and the manager just ignores you for long times , find another location, never coming back

I had to wait about an hour to be helped, and then was told they couldn't help me, and I had to go to a corporate office. They at least gave me the address, and were pleasant. It's not their fault. The email communication from Verizon should have given me that info. They do need more people there to cut down wait time. When I got to the corporate office, I was there about 2 minutes.

Had to visit here to have a new phone activated. I have had Verizon service for several years and I'm quite satisfied with their coverage. They are always helpful when needing technical issues addressed with my phone. There can sometimes be a bit of a wait for service but once you hook up with one of the representatives they are very attentive to solve your problems.

Longest wait ever. Waited 2 hours just to be seen. People were walking out. Only two workers. Not worth it!

I placed an order online while I was on my way to pick it up he canceled my order. I can’t reorder until I get my refund. The worst customer service I have experienced, really need people who know what they’re doing.

Seriously, if I could give it no stars I would. You wait forever then get passed over to get helped just to be told when you bought your phone and screen protector to just bring it back here and they would replace it that you have to go online to order it. Literally the worst customer service I've ever had in my life

Leaving a 1 star because 0 stars isn’t an option. This store used deceptive sales tactics by quoting a lower monthly bill than what our bill actually ended up being. It took 4 months of negotiations and hours of phone calls with corporate to get our bill corrected. We still have to call in monthly to get charged the correct amount. We regret leaving TMobile.

Sorry customer service. I came into this Verizon store (found out that they are independent not Verizon owned) to upgrade my plan and my wife’s plan. Get new phones and fully expecting to drop a fair amount of cash. We waited 30 minutes with two people ahead of us and we’re never acknowledged. We had our 5 year old granddaughter with us and asked if she could use their restroom. A curt response of “no, we don’t have a public restroom.” From someone that has worked in all facets of retail and customer service that was totally wrong response. The customer service at this store is horrible and I will not go back. Also do not recommend it period.

Came here for a simple upgrade. Ended up wasting 2 hours, because the expert couldn't figure out how to process it. And kept giving me the run around saying i couldn't get it. Went to a different verizon and got it done. Don't come here for anything the customer service is equivalent to an indian call center

Poor customer service. The female "manager" said I should be greatful I had someone help me because they didn't have to. Since when do people decide to work when they want? Second time I went in they said they're not a Verizon. Change the store name then. Don't come here for anything Verizon related even the surrounding actual Verizon stores employees say this is a fake Verizon and trash place. Changed providers because of this place.
