They are hosting toys for tot’s this year and they were super strict about what time to be there for pickup and not to be late meanwhile they made women stand outside for thirty minutes. Poor management and operation this year. Plus the ladies working it this year were all rude.

It’s great to be able to work with an actual human being these days as most of the storage units we looked at was practically automated. Candice has been attentive and also accommodating, I highly recommend them.

Had a great experience! Candice was great to work with at letting me view units before making a decision and was super easy to get everything setup. They have the option to rent online, but we did everything over the phone and it went great!
