So supposably AJ the manager at this store says that there is no cashiers from around 8:00 on to 11:00 p.m. when they close to where you can pay with a check he should not be a manager He's not qualified to be a manager or a management material I called home office and they said he gave me false information which is already knew he was lying and he's very rude

The older lady working the self checkout who always has the arm brace is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous every time my family and I shop she’s constantly watching us she’s stopped us before acting like we stole some damn juice before and today the moment we are done done checking out and walk away she rushes over and re prints our receipt to WE HAVE NEVER STOLEN absolutely hate coming here when she’s here everyone else is absolutely wonderful though

Be careful what you buy here because it might just be an empty box because the item was stolen. I was able to come back and exchange the empty box I mistakenly bought for one with the item, but not without going through a lot of red tape. Security guy had to rewind the camera to make sure I was telling the truth. I was told it was because they are a high theft store and they have to treat everyone the same when things like my incident happen. I understand that at this location and I’m not blaming the staff at all. I usually go to better Walmart locations but on this day this location was closer. I was cleared and able to make my exchange.

I went to return something and they told me customer service closes at 8. You are open until 11, there are still customers to take care of!

Won't let a 51 year old disabled adult buy alcohol because his caretaker was with him and didn't have their ID handy. Shameful.

Stood in line in customer service for 38min. Meanwhile 6 employees were goofing around, flirting and laughing in the self checkout. I guess the girl with the tacky haircut got offended by my watching (wasn't anything else to do) and sent the big girl to me. She walked up to me and asked "what are you here to do?" I responded I was waiting. She then pressed on asking "are you cashing a check??" I responded I was waiting in line and that it wasn't her nor the whole line's business. She then asked the people behind me (just to play it off) then walked away back to stand and talk. The customer service rep was very kind and was working her tail off with zero help at all. Joseline (I know I misspelled it I apologize) deserves recognition and honestly a better team of employees to work with.

It's okay. Aisles are small and crowded. Not my favorite location but it works.

I went to make a shipment and a payment, and the guy who helped me was very kind and had a good attitude. I read his name, my recognition, I wish they were all like that!!
