“Selection is limited as it seems to be a smaller store however they can order parts and have them shipped to the store for pick up. The manager and mostly daytime staff are very knowledgeable about what's in the store, however there are a couple.of staff that have no idea about what's in the store or what the store has to offer. The last trip I was in for, I had a list made that I researched on Oreillys.com of about 6 items I needed to purchase. The staff member was completely clueless, his way of doing things was to Google everything I asked about and 3 of the times after getting home had to be returned as for getting the wrong part which is why I was asking advice in the store. Other than that, they tend to be friendly and as I said the Managee is very knowledge a helpful, especially compared to other stores jn the area.”
