I have an account with Ameragas an they have my card account number they told me that they could withdraw from my card in 3 monthly installments for the propane. They did not do that they took the $475.00 at one time. They deceived me and didn’t do what they said they could do. I asked to speak to supervisor or Owner they dropped the call several times. It appears they are trying to manpoalize the propane industry. But they need to provide better service. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I advise them to remove all my information. From this point forward I will be purchasing propane from some other vendors. Ameragas does not stand by what they say they can do!

If any one is using AMERIGAS for propane services, You need to look closely at your bills. I give this company zero stars I had them put 100 gallons in my tank and it was $3.15 per gallon. the bill with all their fees & taxes was $365.97. I was shocked and called another company. Ferrell gas's price for gas was $2.24 @ gallon the very same day. When i got the bill there was tax and 1 hazmat fee that was less than 20 dollars. Total was $241.00. HUGH DIFFERENCE !!!!!!!! When i called Amerigas they really didn't care much and offered me a 1 time discount of 5%. I'm sorry but I cut them off and fired them. I can't get passed 87 cents a gallon more. the 2 companies local offices are 15 miles apart. They came and got the tank and pumped out 180 Gallons. 80 gallons was mine and paid for. I hadn't heard from them in over 30 days. So i called them. Well now they say there's a $149 charge to remove the tank and a $49 charge to pump out the tank. They never told me this when I called to cancel the account. Their communication skills are extremely poor. They will and are ripping you off, watch out for the tank removal fee and the pump out fees. Amerigas has more fees than the Airlines.

Billing problems for over a year. Called Strong, Ak office 6 times, always assured problem would be corrected. Called Rayville office twice, no results.
