This guy Derek that owns the place is a total ripoff. If you ever get him to rebuild a motor make sure he gives you a receipt and most of all make sure you see and hear the engine run. I had my engine rebuilt and was charged roughly $2500. I never even got a chance to break the motor in because it was always running hot. He replaced cracked cylinder heads back on the motor amid a number of other bad business practices. Those are just some of the mistakes I made in dealing with him. But the worst mistake of all was doing business with him. I guess he does good work for people that know what to expect, but if you are a novice this guy will take advantage of you. Don't say you haven't been warned. Derek, the current owner is nothing like his father Richard, the original owner of the machine shop. He's just ruining a good name. Its a shame. He puts up a good front like he's all legit but I should be known something when I never received a receipt for anything. I trusted him
