Went in for an alignment was told they were done got charged then got told they couldn't align it all the way now its worse than it was pulling hard to the left which it wasn't pulling at all before

I came for an alignment and they said I had all these problems with my car when I knew it wasn’t accurate because I had just got it out of the shop. I took it to blue seal in Dewitt & another mechanic and they were confused why they couldn’t do it. I’m not sure if they only service “certain” customers but I only chose them because they had great reviews.But thanks to blue seal for my alignment. My car is driving great now ! I’m

I would give them 10 starts if I could. Suffice it to say they went above and beyond any bar that had been set by any other tire service.We were in town for a wedding and on Sunday morning we we’re getting ready to leave and found we had a flat. They come in to the shop even though they were closed. Fixed us right up and put us on our way. Thanks Ryan for the great service!
