Extremely disappointed with the service. There is a clear lack of communication and professionalism. The broker Jacob Weems cancels loads without notifying carriers. This creates unnecessary problems and delays for carriers. Such practices are unfair and unacceptable

Booked a load with drop trailer for up to 24hours
I dropped the trailer on Saturday morning,
On the next day I checked the status of my trailer and it was empty and no one works on Sunday on that facility.
Very unprofessional
