Tiffany White provided excellent service this afternoon. I had attempted to get help at a Verizon store in Little Rock and with two phone representatives to no avail. Tiffany resolved my issues today in less than 15 minutes. She’s very professional and knowledgeable!

Very nice lady, told her what i needed and she took care of it fairly quick. Unlocked phone and handed to her so she could take care of everything while i wrangled my kids. Only downside i saw of the store is it is a smaller store and only had one person working so there was a little wait but she was working quickly and was polite to everyone. It was also a saturday so not sure if that plays a factor in how many are scheduled.

Came in after my phone wouldn't charge and asked if they did charging port repairs although they didn't offer the service she offered to clean it, although it didn't fix it she pulled a wireless charger put of the box to make sure it would work before she even let me pay for it

I order a new iPhone back in November and left my old one there for them to send back. Today is Jan 27 and they still haven’t sent it back and when I call I get put on hold.

I worked with Tiffany in the Stuttgart store to purchase a jet pack. She was very professional and was extremely helpful in researching different service packages. I will definitely return to this store for future mobile purchases.
