“Great postal service with a great knowledgeable friendly helpful staff. I was having tracking issues with a package at another post office in another state and they reached out to me right away and answered all my questions and explained what was going on.”

“I have been a resident for almost 40 years. I've never had an issue with the post office in Yellville. I have mailed, I have shipped . I have picked up packages and even baby chickens.the employees have gone past their job description in wanting mail to run smoothly. Now they have Ups pkgs also to get sorted. Some things they have to do are not their choice. As it is there job. Just like yours.I find If i treat people fairly, I will get that back . Try being patient .”
