I have never had so many bad experiences in one place! If zero stars was an option, that’s what I would give. I only fill one prescription here because it has to be filled here. Still, month after month, it takes multiple tries for them to actually file it correctly. The lines and wait times are ridiculous. My prescription has been in progress for so long that the next months prescription is now also in progress. You can’t call for answers because they never answer the phone.

Most unprofessional and horribly ran pharmacy in the area. They never answer the phones and wait till they open to even start the computers in the morning instead of getting there early like most businesses to prepare for the opening of the store. So they basically don't open till an hour after they get there. They don't know how to read calendars and they are rude to customers. They will simply hang up on you. Not a time goes by when they 'have time' to answer the phones. I only use them because they are cheaper and my Dr can only send meds to the AR side. If you can, avoid them at all cost. I have been calling sence about 8 30am this morning on and off, it's 3 30pm now and still no answer...

Very disappointed with the way you are treated. They don't appreciate your business. When I transfer my pharmacy business I will also transfer my grocery business to the same store

I’ve always used this pharmacy and every one is nice. But seriously they need to get more help. I just stood in line for 20 min to hear they do not have my prescription ready! I was on a break from work so now I have to go back again. I’m definitely considering changing pharmacies!

I recently visited Albertson's pharmacy and I must say, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt as though I was inconveniencing the staff with my presence.I tried calling numerous times to talk to someone about my prescription that was supposed to be ready, but no one answered the phone after many attempts.I finally broke down and went to the store and let me tell you the wait time was absolutely ridiculous. There were only a few people in line ahead of me, yet I ended up standing there for what felt like an eternity. The lack of efficiency and organization was evident as the staff seemed to be moving at a snail's pace, completely oblivious to the growing line of frustrated customers.Furthermore, the customer service was abysmal. The employees appeared to be disinterested and unhelpful, barely uttering a word or making any effort to provide assistance. When I approached the counter, I was met with a blank stare and dismissive attitude. It was clear that they were more concerned with getting through their shift than actually helping those in need.To add insult to injury, the pharmacy's inventory is always severely lacking. I needed a specific medication that they claimed to carry, but after waiting in line for ages, I was informed that they were out of stock. This lack of organization and communication is simply unacceptable for a pharmacy that should prioritize the health and well-being of its customers.Overall, my experience at Albertson's pharmacy was nothing short of a nightmare. The long wait times, lackluster customer service, and inadequate inventory left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Severely understaffed. It can take up to 10 days to get a common 30-day prescription filled. I tried calling 20+ times in an afternoon and the one time someone answered they said "Albertsons Pharmacy please hold" and hung up.If you are able to get through, do not believe them if they say a drug is in stock. It likely isn't. Also don't believe them when they say it'll be ready in 1 hour. It could be greater than 24 hours.There is no drive through, despite the space being available for one.The pharmacy app is terrible compared to those of CVS and Walgreens. Prescription being filled? Who knows because the app doesn't say if it's in progress and no one answers the phone.Often the line snakes all the way to the front of the store and it takes forever to get to the front of the line.This used to be the good pharmacy, but it has gone way downhill.

The employees at state line are very friendly and knowledgeable buttttt they are obviously overworked and overwhelmed. I usually get meds in am and though the meds are not ready they do try to to do so ( usually about 20 min wait) . Last evening I waited 1hour for antibiotic for my 8 year old for abscess tooth. This is unacceptable When I left the line was still down the aisle and people were trying to wait patiently. Administration needs to step up NOW

I have been getting my meds filled here since I was a kid. I’m 30 now and the last 3 years this pharmacy has gone way downhill. Can not get anyone to answer the phone. If your lucky and they do they tell you the meds will be ready in an hour. Show up after waiting an hour and it still take 2-3 hours to get it due to them never filling them. Your better off going to Walmart pharmacy or Walgreens. Don’t go here or change anywhere has to be better. They are also very rude when checking you out or even just telling you they are not ready. Why when I called over an hour ago to get them filled. Horrible, they should be shut down. If I call to get them filled and it still takes over an hour after to be told they still need to fill them……shut down do an overhaul of staffing and do better. Or just close down all together. This is ridiculous.

I may have learned today what is causing the lag time at this pharmacy. A store employee shared with me that this pharmacy has taken on the business of two other pharmacies, which offered something unique but are both now closed. They've suddenly acquired a lot of business and are staying busier than the staff can handle.So, we'll need to be patient while they get staffed... And maybe they're hiring!

The ABSOLUTELY WORST Pharmacy I have ever used !!! Called in several meds. to fill and after 7-8 days they STILL did not have them filled. This has been the last 3 sets of meds I had to have filled. The counter help is slower than slow and nobody acts like they know what they are doing! On a scale from 1 to 10 with 10 being highest, they rate a MINUS ONE!

Need more staff. Always have to wait WAY too long just to pick up a prescription. They have two registers, both should be manned when there are 5 to 10 people in line.

I requested all 5 of my medications to be TRANSFERRED to another Pharmacy three days ago , Then this morning I get a phone call from a very RUDE Pharmacist yelling into the voicemail that yalls pharmacy WOULD NOT CANCEL MY PRECIPITATIONS. The last I had account there's a big difference between TRANSFER ING and CANCELING something. she also rudely stated she spoke to my PCP today about this kind of odd since my PCPs office is closed on Saturday.
