Absolutely the worst place to rent from! They deserve no stars.
I got this storage unit for my son and have been faithfully paying on it ever since. Sent in power of attorney multiple times. My payment cards are on file, and they’ve been taking the payments without issue. Both my daughter and I have communicated with them several times since my son is currently unable to do so.
Today, I asked to speak with a manager, and the representative was extremely rude argued with me, spoke disrespectfully, and refused to transfer me to a manager. The level of customer service is unacceptable. The staff are unprofessional, the storage units are dirty, and the overall experience has been nothing but stressful.
As soon as I finish paying for this storage, I will be removing everything and closing my account. Please save yourself the headache and do not rent from this company. They truly need to retrain or replace their customer service staff.
This has been the most frustrating experience ever. I called back because my issue was never resolved, even after having my son on the line for verification. We’ve been on hold for an unreasonable amount of time, and now they’re saying the account is “up for action” — even though they are the reason I couldn’t make a payment in the first place. This is absolutely ridiculous and completely unacceptable.
