I’m a transplant recipient, I spent $100 to get critical meds sent to me. Not only did they photograph and attempt to drop it at the completely wrong spot, but then refused to try again. Never again.

Totally useless waste of space, from management to drivers. If employer didn't use FedEx wouldn't bother-I'm also ex CSR, so know how inefficient and how the company as a whole could care less. They contract out drivers as well, so even less effort on driver end. I'd give below zero stars if possible. Hate being a customer as much as I ever hated being an employee who had to lie on the phone and say they gave a crap.

Driver was too lazy to stop at location. He drove by three days in a row. After calling and getting some one from India, the helpline was no help at all. Three different people said my order would be delivered next business day… yet my order still hasn’t left Texarkana. FedEx has been a BIG disappointment! They do not care and their policies need to be changed!

The drivers don't even deliver when your package is marked 2day with signature and then state that no one was available. Of course I wasn't available you didn't even come to my house!!!

Ordered some boots that were shipped from out of country My tracking info was accurate and updated regularly, delivery was on time and my package arrived in good condition. Definitely took some of the stress out of ordering from overseas.

They delivered my package to an abandoned house next to another abandoned house, without even checking or looking or stopping by my house, the only other house on the street, which had a car and people and was the only inhabited house on the street and was the FIRST house on the street, then lied and said my package was delivered.
