The staff is friendly and they did the repair beautifully and my car was clean inside and out when I got it back. They also gave me a loaner car while it was being done.

Can't understand the good reviews. A friend desperately needed her car fixed so I paid around $750 and all they did was replace parts that had already been replaced elsewhere. The car sputters and misses. She's scared to take it back and confront them and I live in Hot Springs. If you're a single female you may not want to take your car here.

Very satisfied with the repairs done on my vehicle. Was quoted a good, fair price by Nicole and work was done in a timely manner. Boyce is a great mechanic. Good service all around. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent, honest, timely service. The whole crew at Freeman’s was a pleasure to do business with. I had a new motor and transmission put in my husband’s truck. Because I have little knowledge about automotive stuff, I was so nervous about getting ripped off, or services pushed on me that was not necessary. They did all that I wanted and then some. Was recently trying to get to an appointment, when low tire dashboard lights started flashing, ugh! Pulled into Freeman's, explained my situation to Nicole, and was soon fixed and on my way. Made it to appointment on time !

Boyce is very knowledgeable, this place has been in business for 75 years, everyone is friendly, great prices, they literally go out of their way to make sure they can help you! His secretary even helped me with transportation because I didn’t have anyone to give me a ride to drop my car off!
