Last March 25, I reserved a vehicle in this location and paid everything in advance. My appointment to pick up the vehicle was for 5:30 pm. I arrived at the appointment at 5:03 pm. When I arrived, the counter was empty, but I was listening in the office. inside to a lady in a personal conversation on the phone, after 10 minutes waiting without anyone coming out to assist me, I decide to call on the phone and that's when the lady comes out to answer the line and I inform her, don't bother, I'm the one who calls and I inform her I have a reservation, I come to pick up the vehicle and I show her my reservation on my cell phone to which she responds that she's sorry but she doesn't have any vehicles available. I tell her it's impossible, look, I already paid everything in advance and she tells me that she's sorry to cancel. I inform her but what am I going to do, I'm barred here and she tells me to go to the AVIS counter to see what they can do and I ask her and I had already paid my money in advance and she answers me cancel and that's it, I tell her can you do the cancellation and informs me that she doesn't know how to do it, so she looks in my message to see if there is a button that says cancel and she leaves, leaving me there. 0% CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AN EMPLOYEE WHO DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO HIS JOB SO THEY WANT HIM THERE THE PERSONAL CALLS ON HIS CELL PHONE CAN BE MADE FROM HOME, I WOULD NEVER HIRE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN

This place is terrible. They stranded me with a broke down car with my 2 year old son 800 miles from home. Luckily, I rented from AVIS, which I am now taking home. Never use these people. Customer service is complete garbage and doesn't assist you. And could not get me another rental car. Just don't, they are not even cheaper, the advertised price is not what they will charge you. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

I am very pleased with the SUV. The pleasant and professionalism of the staff was a welcomed relief. After a two week waiting period for Enterprise and no rental. Hertz was a wonderful experience.

The Car itself was in poor condition. The tires had virtually no tread on them. I picked up the car at midnight and was unable to inspect and didn't see this until the next morning. Had I seen this before leaving, I would not have taken the vehicle. Additionally, car would want to lose control when hitting the slightest bump. It felt like the rear end wanted to slide out from under it. This car was not fit for the road and should not have been rented. I told the consultant about it at drop off. Hopefully they resolve before they rent out to someone else.

Was coming in late when the rental was closed. This was the nicest place ever! Very helpful to arrange coverage. Also had a nice car ready when we pulled in very late. This place answered the phone, no one at hertz ever answers the phone! I can not thank the team enough for all the help!
