It is somewhat quiet, beautiful view of the golf course. Not handicap accessible, seriously out dated. Needs new flooring, appliances, paint, cabinetry, and to be cleaned properly when tenants move out. Feels like living in a freshman dorm with the other immature residents. I live in building 31 and this is my fridge, just an example of how bad the appliances are, and they won't let you bring in your own, nor will they replace them.

We’ve been without AC the past couple nights and the people in the office nor maintenance cares. Maintenance has no idea what they’re doing. Why hire people who can’t do general handyman work?? The portable AC doesn’t help either. We pay rent every month and yet they can’t even knock off some money from our rent because we haven’t been able to sleep there. Can’t wait until the lease is up and me and my kids can GO. They know if it was their unit they would make sure the AC worked. People constantly have issues with their AC here and they made sure to put in the lease that they’re not liable for the issues or problems. They need to be shut down.

For starters, the greens are like trampolines. I would’ve stuck the green 4 times, and every time it bounced right off the back. Don’t bother bringing a divot tool, you can’t make a divot in these greens. Also try to avoid the residents. Especially the ones on hole 9. Overall I would not recommend. I would go to the millwood golf course over this one.

This course is truly a hidden gem. It was in great shape and the pro shop was very nice. Greg was very nice overall it was a great experience. I’ll definitely be back with some more friends.

The office staff and the maintenance are wonderful. I have never requested anything that was not immediately taken care of. All repairs inside and outside are promptly repaired. They are awesome!

Lived here for a year and I already wanted to move out after a month. They raised my rent without any remodeling. My water bill is high and can’t get them to come fix it, and stuff is rude. They have a horrible roach and wasp problem. And last but not least when I first moved in I found mold in my vents. Also the dryer has never worked I’ve asked them to fix it multiple times and every time they come they don’t fix a thing. They hire tenants as their maintenance men, and they have little to no experience in fixing anything .

Golf course is nice (for what it is) but the fella that was working in the pro shop on 10/31/2021 was rude and condescending.

I am an occupant of this facility and our air conditioning system has been non functioning for over a month. my roommate and I, first put in a maintenance request on April, 21st 2022 and have been in contact with management about the issue consistently since then. Today is May, 28th 2022 and our issues continue to be ignored. we have not been notified of any visits from maintenance since then. The unit in question has been around 80 degrees every day and no efforts to resolve the issue have been shown. we continue to be told that maintenance team is too busy and will follow up when available. We have not been visited yet.Reasons this should handled include the following-management has failed to comply with the lease agreement-lack of a sufficient amount of maintenance members for the size of the complex-tenants attempting to live comfortably in an 80 degree unit-lack of communication and trust with management-rent is too high to accept this quality of service-our utilities prices have increased due to the issue of using more electricity on fans.-overall lack of management showing care and devotion in their work.Side noteMy roommate has been in contact with a maintenance team member on another call last week and they had no recollection of our request at all. We have suspicion that maintenance requests get deleted before reported to the maintenance team.In conclusion, overall its a nice apartment but our price point of rent is not met with the appropriate accommodation of management support.

For anyone considering moving into The Links at Texarkana, please spare yourself the headache!!!! Neither the Links nor their corporate office Lindsey Management Co., Inc. located out of Fayetteville, Arkansas care about their residents. I am a disabled vet who have two companion animals. For the past 1.5 months my ac has completely broken down over 6 times. After it happened the first time, I asked the office when did they think it would be replaced. Well, the community director/manager April, got a whole attitude with me for absolutely no reason. It was at that time the true colors of the people who work in the office started coming out. This also started happening after my year mark hit and I had already signed the lease. I noticed I was lied to by Chelsea on multiple occasions. The fifth time I knew my ac broke was right after I smelled what seemed to be an electrical fire. The smell was strong and it was smokey in my place. I immediately called the office and spoke with Chelsea. She told me someone would come and check it out. Not one person came out. Not maintenance, not an electrician, not a firefighter, not even someone from the office. Me and my cats could have burned down and not one single eye would have blinked. That night the temperature rose to over 92 degrees although outside was 82. The next day when maintenance finally came and checked it out, he was like oh wow, all these wires burnt and started burning some type of capacitor. The fact I have sent emails and have called and called to no real response is absolutely ridiculous. I pay my rent on the 1st ahead of time each and every month. Why do the ladies in the office and the owner who live above the office get to be nice and cool for the summer, but the paying residents can’t even get decent ac to comfortably live in peacefully. If maintenance really “fixed” it would there even be a second time of breaking down, let alone SIX?! UNTIL NEW AC UNITS REPLACE THE OLD ONES AND NEW EMPLOYEES REPLACE THE CURRENT ONES, KEEP YOUR INSANITY AND DO NOT MOVE HERE. MOVE ELSEWHERE. #lindseymanagement #notacceptable #arkansas #arkansasrent #Texarkana #jamih

I can only review the golf course. $31.02 each for a buddy and I to play 18 holes with a cart. It costs more to play this course than it does at New Haven or Oak Grove golf courses. This nine hole course pales in comparison to those courses yet charges more. No wonder we were the only ones playing. If they would reduce their prices maybe more would play.
