Terribly rude STAFF. Was accused of loitering when u was simply organizing my things. Hung up phone when asked what I was doing wrong on the phone. Take your belongings elsewhere. When I kindly asked for a phone # for the owners I was denied and hung up on again.

I was very pleased and impressed with the facilities and services here at Payless Storage #3. Rhonda was especially friendly and helpful. Great place and great people. Very professional.
