“We stopped in today to get a birthday card for our Grandson postmarked from Texarkana. Lashanda provided VERY friendly, efficient service. She asked if we had taken our picture in front of the building. Because of our affirmative response, she provided us with more information (verbally and in writing) regarding this famous building. Thank you for the brief history lesson. The postal service should use Lashanda as a model for how the customer is treated! Great job today, Lashanda!”
